Claims (4)
- 기판과,상기 기판 위에 형성되며, 복수의 볼과 자성체 가루를 포함하는 도포제와,상기 도포제 위에 형성된 반사전극을 포함하여 구성된 액정표시장치의 반사판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도포제의 두께는 볼의 직경의 1/2 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시 장치의 반사판.
- 복수의 대전된 볼과 자성체 가루를 포함하는 도포제를 기판 위에 도포하는 단계와,상기 자성체 가루에 상기 기판쪽으로의 자기력을 인가하는 단계와,상기 도포제 위에 반사전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하여 구성된 반사형 액정표시장치의 반사판 제조방법.
- 복수의 대전된 볼과 자성체 가루를 포함하는 도포제를 기판 위에 도포하는 단계와,상기 자성체 가루에 상기 기판쪽으로의 자기력을 인가하는 단계를 포함하여 구성된 요철패턴 형성방법.
