Description
Claims (11)
- 하나이상의 열가소성 중합체 및 하나이상의 미립자 세라믹 충전제의 복합체를 포함하고, 0.9W/m.K 이상의 열 전도성을 갖는 고전압 공급 장치용 물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,복합체가, 복합체의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, 미립자 세라믹 충전제를 40중량% 이상 포함하는 물질.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,미립자 세라믹 충전제가 복합체의 40 내지 80중량%, 바람직하게 40 내지 60중량%인 물질.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,열가소성 중합체가 폴리프로필렌, 폴리(테트라플루오로에틸렌) 및 폴리(에테르이미드)중에서 선택되는 물질.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,미립자 세라믹 충전제가 알루미나, 질화알루미늄, 질화붕소 및 이들의 혼합물중에서 선택되는 물질.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,미립자 세라믹 충전제가 질화알루미늄, 질화붕소 및 이들의 혼합물중에서 선택되는 물질.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,미립자 세라믹 충전제가 10 내지 60㎛의 입경을 갖는 물질.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,50kV/mm 이상의 절연 내력을 갖는 물질.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,50kV/mm 이상의 절연 내력(dielectric strength) 및 2 내지 4의 유전 상수를 갖는 물질.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 따르는 복합체 물질로 제조된 둘레(11)에 의해 장치중에 지지되고 전기적으로 절연된 고전압 활성 성분(10)을 포함하는 고전압 공급 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,둘레가 절연유에 의해 분리된 몇가지 상호 겹침 요소 둘레로부터 형성된 다중 둘레인 공급 장치.
