Claims (5)
- 내연기관의 배기통로에 설치되며, 공연비가 린(lean) 일때에는 질소 산화물을 흡장하며, 공연비가 리치일때에는 흡장한 질소 산화물을 환원하여 방출하는 질소 산화물 흡장환원 촉매와,상기 질소 산화물 흡장 환원촉매에 흡장된 질소 산화물을 환원하여 방출하는 경우에는, 상기 내연기관의 연소실내로 도입되는 혼합기의 공연비를 리치로 하는 리치 스파이크 제어수단을 구비한 희박연소 내연기관의 연소제어장치에 있어서,상기 내연기관의 토오크 변동 및 상기 내연기관의 노킹중에서 적어도 한쪽을 억제하기위한 제어상태를 검출하는 제어상태 검출수단과,상기 제어상태 검출수단에서 검출된 제어상태에 따라서 상기 리치 스파이크 제어수단에 의한 리치 스파이크 제어시의 공연비 제어치를 보정하는 보정수단을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 희박연소 내연기관의 연소제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제어상태 검출수단에 의해 검출되는 제어상태는, 흡기량, EGR량, 연료 분사량, 점화 시기중 적어도 하나에 관한 것을 특징으로 하는 희박연소 내연기관의 연소제어장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 제어상태 검출수단은, 상기 내연기관의 토오크 변동을 억제하기 위한 제어 보정량을 검출하는 것이며, 또한, 상기 보정수단은, 상기 제어 보정량이 크게 됨에 따라서 리치 스파이크 제어시의 공연비 제어치의 보정량을 크게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 희박연소 내연기관의 연소제어장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 제어상태 검출수단은, 상기 내연기관의 노킹을 억제하기 위한 점화 시기 지각량을 검출하는 것이며, 또한, 상기 보정수단은, 상기 점화시기 지각량이 크게 됨에 따라서 리치 스파이크 제어시의 공연비 제어치의 보정량을 작게하는 것을 특징으로 하는 희박연소 내연기관의 연소제어장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 공연비 제어치는, 연료 분사량인 것을 특징으로 하는 희박연소 내연기관의 연소제어장치.
