Claims (6)
- 디젤기관(DE)의 구동시 발생되는 배기가스에 함유되어 배출되면서 통상의 세라믹 필터(SF)에 흡착되는 디젤연료에 첨가된 메탈첨가제, 세레늄 등의 첨가물질과 미연소 미립자를 연소시켜 상기 세라믹 필터(SF)를 재생하고, 상기 세라믹필더(SF)에 코팅된 촉매와 연료첨가제의 최적 활성화온도를 구현하도록 배기가스의 온도를 조절하는 것에 있어서, 디젤기관(DE)과 연통된 세라믹필터(SF)의 전방에 온도감지센서를 설치하여 디젤기관(DE) 구동시 발생되는 배기가스온도를 측정하고, 온도감지 센서(TS)와 전기적으로 연결된 전자제어유니트(ECU)가 온도감지 센서(TS)에 의해 측정된 배기온도데이터를 연산제어하여 출력제어데이터를 생성하고, 전자제어유니트(ECU)에 의해 각기 제어되는 트로틀밸브(TV)를 상기 출력제어데이터에 의거하여 제어함으로써 공기공급량을 조절하는 반복적과정에 의해 배기가스온도를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤기관의 배기가스 온도조절방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹필터(SF)의 악영향을 미치지 않고, 촉매와 연료첨가제의 최적활성화 온도를 구현하도록 상기 공기공급량과 연료공급량의 비(공기연료비)를 20∼60으로 조절하고, 이 경우에 배기가스온도가 250∼600℃ 정도인 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤기관의 배기가스 온도조절방법.
- 디젤기관(DE)의 구동시 발생되는 배기가스에 함유되어 배출되면서 통상의 세라믹 필터(SF)에 흡착되는 디젤연료에 첨가된 메탈첨가제, 세레늄 등의 첨가물질과 미연소 미립자를 연소시켜 상기 세라믹 필터(SF)를 재생하고, 상기 세라믹필터(SF)에 코팅된 촉매와 연료첨가제의 최적 활성화온도를 구현하도록 배기가스의 온도를 조절하는 것에 있어서, 디젤기관(DE)과 연통된 세라믹필터(SF)의 후방 배기관을 분기하여 세라믹필터(SF)에 의해 정화된 고열의 배기가스를 열교환기(HE)를 통과시켜 트로틀밸브(TV)의 전방 흡기관으로 공급되는 공기의 온도를 상승시키고, 디젤기관(DE)과 연통된 세라믹필터(SF)의 진방에 온도감지센서를 설치하여 디젤기관(DE) 구동시 발생되는 배기가스온도를 측정하고, 온도감지 센서(TS)와 전기적으로 연결된 전자제어 유니트(ECU)가 온도감지센서(TS)에 의해 측정된 배기온도데이터를 연산제어하여 열교환기 제어데이터를 생성하고, 전자제어유니트(ECU)에 의해 제어되는 열교환기(HE)를 상기 열교환기 제어데이터에 의거, 조절하여 디젤기관(DE)으로 공급되는 공기의 온도를 조절하는 반복적과정에 의해 배기가스의 온도를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤기관의 배기가스온도조절방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 온도감지센서(TS)에 의해 측정된 배기온도데이터가 상기 세라믹필터(SF)에 악영향을 미치는 온도범위 이상이거나 촉매와 연료첨가제의 최적활성화 온도 이상인 경우에 상기 전자제어유니트(ECU)가 배기가스와 상기 디젤기관(DE)으로 공급되는 공기간의 열전달을 차단하도록 상기 열교환기(HE)를 정지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤기관의 배기가스 온도조절방법.
- 디젤기관(DE)의 구동시 발생되는 배기가스에 함유되어 배출되면서 통상의 세라믹 필터(SF)에 흡착되는 디젤연료에 첨가된 메탈첨가제, 세레늄 등의 첨가물질과 미연소 미립자를 연소시켜 상기 세라믹 필터(SF)를 재생하고, 상기 세라믹필터(SF)에 코팅된 촉매와 연료첨가제의 최적 활성화온도를 구현하도록 배기가스의 온도를 조절하는 것에 있어서, 디젤기관(DE)과 연통된 세라믹필터(SF)의 전방에 온도감지센서를 설치하여 디젤기관(DE) 구동시 발생되는 배기가스온도를 측정하고, 온도감지센서(TS)와 전기적으로 연결된 전자제어유니트(ECU)가 온도감지센서(TS)에 의해 측정된 배기온도데이터를 연산제어하여 출력제어데이터와 열교환기 제어데이터를 생성하고, 전자제어유니트(ECU)에 의해 각기 제어되는 트로틀밸브(TV)를 상기 출력제어데이터에 의거하여 제어함으로써 공기공급량을 조절하고, 디젤기관(DE)과 연통된 세라믹필퍼(SF)의 후방 배기관을 분기하여 세라믹필터(SF)에 의해 정화된 고열의 배기가스를 열교환기(HE)를 통과시켜 트로틀밸브(TV)의 전방 흡기관으로 공급되는 공기의 온도를 상승시키고, 전자제어유니트(ECU)에 의해 제어되는 열교환기(HE)를 상기 열교환기 제어데이터에 의거, 조절하여 디젤기관(DE)으로 공급되는 공기의 온도를 조절하는 반복적 과정에 의해 배기가스의 온도를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤기관의 배기가스온도조절방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 전자제어유니트(ECU)가 상기 트로틀밸브(TV)와 열료주입인젝션(FI) 및 상기 열교환기(HE)를 선택적 또는 동시에 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤기관의 배기가스 온도조절방법.
