Claims (17)
- A) 이소시아네이트-종결 예비중합체와 사슬 확장제를 200 ℃ 미만의 온도에서 격렬하게 혼합하여 반응 혼합물을 형성시키는 단계, 및B) 트윈 스크류 압출기내 유사단열 반응 조건하에서 반응 혼합물을 용융-가공성 폴리우레탄으로 전환시키는 단계를 포함하는, 용융-가공성 폴리우레탄의 연속적인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 A)의 혼합이 5 초 이내로 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 트윈 스크류 압출기가 동일한 방향으로 회전하는 스크류 샤프트를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트-종결 예비중합체가a) 500 내지 5,000의 평균 분자량(b) 120 ℃를 넘는 온도에서 반응기내에서 예비 중합체 반응 혼합물을 a)에서의 폴리올을 기준으로 하여 90 중량 %를 넘는 전환율로서 이소시아네이트-종결 예비중합체로 연속적으로 전환하는 단계, 및c) 이소시아네이트-종결 예비중합체를 200 ℃ 미만의 온도까지 냉각하는 단계를 포함하는 방법에 의하여 제조되는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트-종결 예비중합체의 제조 방법이 단계 b)와 c)사이에 추가의 이소시아네이트를 가하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 트윈 스크류 압출기가 냉각되거나 가열되지 않는 배럴을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고 전단력 에너지 혼합기가 단계 A)에서 격렬한 혼합을 제공하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 단계 B)의 트윈 스크류 압출기가 단계 A)의 고 전단력 에너지 혼합기로서 추가로 작동되는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 고 전단력 에너지 혼합기가 혼합 헤드, 노즐, 압출기의 혼합 요소, 또는 그들의 조합이고, 임의로는 튜브 내에서 작동되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트-종결 예비중합체가 단계 A)에서 사슬 확장제와 격렬하게 혼합되기 전에 175 ℃ 미만의 온도를 갖는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 B)중의 반응 혼합물의 온도가 240 ℃ 이하인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물에 사슬 종결제, 모울드 이형 보조제, 촉매, 보조제, 첨가제, 또는 그들의 혼합물의 첨가를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용융-가공성 폴리우레탄이 NCO기 대 NCO-반응성기 총량의 당량비 0.9:1.0 내지 1.1:1.0를 갖는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,C) 트윈 스크류 압출기내에서 반응 혼합물의 온도 프로파일을 측정하는 단계,D) 단계 C)의 온도 프로파일과 소정의 온도 프로파일을 비교하는 단계, 및E) 단계 D)의 측정된 온도 프로파일과 소정의 온도 프로파일의 비교에 기초하여 반응 혼합물의 반응성을 조정하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물의 반응성이 반응 혼합물의 온도를 변화시키고(시키거나), 바람직하게는 용융-가공성 폴리우레탄의 제조시에 사용되는 촉매의 양을 변화시켜 반응물의 반응성을 변화시키는 단계에 의하여 조정되는 방법.
- 제1항의 방법에 따라 제조된 용융-가공성 폴리우레탄.
- 제16항의 용융-가공성 폴리우레탄으로부터 제조된 사출 성형 물품, 압출성 필름, 섬유, 또는 코팅 화합물.
