Claims (6)
- 일정 주기를 갖는 클럭신호(CLK)를 발생하는 발진회로에 있어서:발진소자로부터 발진된 발진신호(XO, XI)를 제공받아 소정 주기를 갖는 클럭신호(CLK)를 출력하는 발진부(100)와;리셋동작전 상기 발진부(100)의 발진동작을 정지 시키고, 리셋신호(RST#)를 제공받아 리셋 동작 시작시 상기 발진부(100)의 발진동작을 개시 시키는 발진제어부(200)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발진제어기능을 구비한 발진회로
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 발진제어부(200)의 발진제어신호(S1) 출력과 소정의 정지신호(STOP)를 제공받아 상기 발진부(100)로 발진정지신호(STOPOSC)를 제공하는 발진정지신호출력부(300)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발진제어기능을 구비한 발진회로.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 발진정지신호출력부(300)는 오아 게트로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발진제어기능을 구비한 발진회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 발진제어부(200)는리셋신호(RST#)를 입력하여 전압레벨이 천이되는 에지를 검출하여 단발펄스(S1)를 출력하는 에지검출부(210)와;상기 단발펄스(S1)를 입력받아 발진제어신호(S2)를 출력하는 제1 논리회로(220)와;상기 제1 논리회로(220)의 출력을 반전하여 궤환입력하는 제2 논리회로(230)와;상기 제1 논리회로(220)의 출력단의 전압레벨을 풀-업 시키기 위한 풀-업저항수단(Q3)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발진제어기능을 구비한 발진회로.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제1 논리회로(220)는 노아게이트로 구성되고;상기 제2 논리회로(230)는 인버터로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발진제어기능을 구비한 발진회로.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 풀-업 저항수단은 도전형 트랜지스터로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발진제어기능을 구비한 발진회로.
