Claims (10)
- 차량 구동 라인 구성 요소에 사용을 위한 클러치에 있어서,입력부 및 출력부 사이에 배치되는 조절 클러치 조립체(120B)로서, 상기 조절 클러치 조립체(120B)는 상기 입력부와 함께 회전을 위해 배치되는 제 1다수의 클러치 디스크(146)와, 상기 제 1다수의 클러치 디스크(146) 사이에 끼워지며 상기 출력부와 함께 회전을 위해 배치되는 제 2다수의 클러치 디스크(148) 및 상기 제 1다수의 클러치 디스크(146) 및 상기 제 2다수의 클러치 디스크(148)를 압축시키기 위한 클러치 작동기와, 그리고한쌍의 간격을 갖는 멈춤부(132, 234)를 구비하는 반발력 부재(130B)와, 상기 한쌍의 멈춤부(132, 234) 사이의 상기 반발력 부재(130B) 상에 배치되는 상기 조절 클러치 조립체(120B)로서, 상기 클러치 작동기의 작동 중에 발생되는 반발력은 상기 반발력 부재(130B) 내에 억제되는 것을, 조합하여 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 구동 라인 구성 요소에 사용을 위한 클러치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 반발력 부재(130B)는 출력부 샤프트를 특징지으며, 상기 멈춤부(132, 234)는 상기 반발력 부재(130B) 상에 숄더부인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 구동 라인 구성 요소에 사용을 위한 클러치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 멈춤부(234)의 하나는 나사 패스너(234)인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 구동 라인 구성 요소에 사용을 위한 클러치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 제 2출력부(156), 제 2조절 클러치 조립체(120A) 및 제 2반발력 부재(130A)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 구동 라인 구성 요소에 사용을 위한 클러치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 조절 클러치 조립체(120B)는, 고정 전자기 코일(192)과, 상기 전자기 코일(192)을 부분적으로 둘러싸는 로터(182)와, 상기 로터에 고정되는 한 단(band)의 플럭스 유도재(186) 및 상기 로터에 인접되게 배치되는 아마튜어(178)를, 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 구동 라인 구성 요소에 사용을 위한 클러치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 조절 클러치 조립체(120B)는, 보완적으로 구성되는 대향 경사진 결합구(206, 214)를 특징짓는 한쌍의 대향된 원형 부재(202, 212) 및 상기 결합구(206, 214)에 배치되는 롤링 부재(224)를 구비하는 볼 경사 작동기를 더 포함하므로서 상기 원형 부재(202, 212)의 상대 회전이 상기 볼 경사 작동기와 상기 롤링 부재(224)에 의해서 상기 원형 부재(202, 212)를 축방향으로 병진시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 구동 라인 구성 요소에 사용을 위한 클러치.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 조절 클러치 조립체(120B)는 전자기 코일(192), 로터(182) 및 저 마찰 계수의 칼라(204)를 더 포함하되, 상기 하나의 원형 부재(202)는 상기 로터(182)에 고정되고, 상기 저 마찰 계수의 칼라(204)는 상기 하나의 원형 부재(202)와 상기 반발력 부재(130B)의 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 구동 라인 구성 요소에 사용을 위한 클러치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 조절 클러치 조립체(120B)는 상기 클러치 작동기 및 상기 끼워진 다수의 클러치 디스크(146, 148) 사이에 작동될 수 있게 배치되는 비-자기(non-magnetic) 적용판(168)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 구동 라인 요소에 사용을 위한 클러치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 구동 토르크를 받아들이기 위한 입력 부재(70)와, 상기 입력부(124)를 구동시키기 위한 출력부 부재(94)를, 구비하는 베벨 기어 세트(82, 88)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 구동 라인 요소에 사용을 위한 클러치.
- 트윈 클러치 차량의 차동 장치(36)에 있어서,입력 부재(70)와,상기 입력 부재(70)에 의해 구동되며 출력부 부재(94)를 구동하는 기어 세트(82, 88)와,한쌍의 클러치 조립체(120A, 120B)를 조합하여, 포함하는 데, 상기 각각의 클러치 조립체(120A, 120B)는, 상기 출력부 부재(94)에 의해 구동되는 입력부, 및 액슬(38)을 구동시키기 위해 적용되는 출력부와, 멈춤부(132, 234)를 구비하는 반발 부재(130A, 130B)와, 상기 멈춤부(132, 234)들 사이의 상기 반발 부재(130A, 130B) 상에 배치되는 클러치 팩을 구비하며,상기 각각의 클러치 조립체(120A, 120B)는, 상기 입력부와 함께 회전하는 제 1다수의 마찰판(146), 및 상기 제 1다수의 마찰판(146)에 끼워지며 상기 출력부와 함께 회전하는 제 2다수의 마찰판(148)과, 상기 클러치 팩에 압축력을 가하기 위해 상기 멈춤부들 사이에 및 상기 클러치 팩에 인접되게 배치되는 클러치 액츄에이터를 포함하되, 클러치 작동 중에 발생되는 반발력은 상기 반발력 부재(130A, 130B) 내에 억제되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트윈 클러치 차량의 차동 장치.
