Claims (7)
- 반응 조건에서 중합 촉매의 존재하에, 유동상 반응기내의 에틸렌 및/또는 프로필렌의 적어도 일부를 함유하는 기체 스트림을 유동상을 통해 연속적으로 재순환 시키고,상기 반응기에서 나온 기체 스트림의 적어도 일부를 액체가 응축되는 온도까지 냉각시키며,응축된 액체의 적어도 일부를 기체 스트림으로부터 분리시키고,그리고 분리된 액체의 적어도 일부를 액체 주입 장치를 사용하여 유동상에 직접 도입함으로써, 상기 반응기내의 (a) 에틸렌, (b) 프로필렌, (c) 에틸렌 및 프로필렌의 혼합물, 및 (d) (a), (b) 또는 (c)와 혼합된 1종 이상의 알파-올레핀으로부터 선택된 올레핀 단량체를 중합시키는 공정으로서,재순환 기체 스트림의 적어도 일부가 상기 냉각/응축/분리 단계를 우회하여, 반응기를 통과하는 재순환 우회 기체 스트림으로서 재도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연속 기체 유동상 중합 공정중의 개시 공정.
- 반응 조건에서 중합 촉매의 존재하에, 유동상 반응기내의 에틸렌 및/또는 프로필렌의 적어도 일부를 함유하는 기체 스트림을 유동상을 통해 연속적으로 재순환 시키고,상기 반응기에서 나온 기체 스트림의 적어도 일부를 액체가 응축되는 온도까지 냉각시키며,응축된 액체의 적어도 일부를 기체 스트림으로부터 분리시키고,그리고 분리된 액체의 적어도 일부를 액체 주입 장치를 사용하여 유동상에 직접 도입함으로써, 상기 반응기내의 (a) 에틸렌, (b) 프로필렌, (c) 에틸렌 및 프로필렌의 혼합물, 및 (d) (a), (b) 또는 (c) 와 혼합된 1종 이상의 알파-올레핀으로부터 선택된 올레핀 단량체를 중합시키는 공정으로서,재순환 기체 스트림의 적어도 일부가 냉각/응축/분리 단계를 우회하여, 반응기를 통과하는 재순환 우회 기체 스트림으로서 재도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연속 기체 유동상 중합 공정.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 우회 기체 스트림이 분리기로부터 배출되는 차가운 재순환 기체 스트림과 함께 반응기에서 상 하부로 재도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 우회 기체 스트림이 반응기로 재도입되기 전에 액체가 응축되는 온도 이상으로 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분리기로부터 액체가 유입 유동화 기체(반응기에 공급된 기체 스트림)와 상 잔류물 사이의 온도구배의 상한선이상에서 유동상으로 직접 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1종 이상의 알파-올레핀이 4내지 8의 탄소수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체 주입 장치가 하나 이상의 기체-유도 분무 노즐 또는 하나 이상의 액체 단독 노즐인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
