폴리아미드계 수지를 포함하는 기재필름;
상기 기재필름의 일면에 위치하며, 중합도가 1000 내지 2000이며 검화도가 90 내지 99.9 몰%인 변성 폴리비닐알코올 1 내지 600 중량부; 가교제 0.1 내지 80 중량부; 유기실란계 화합물을 포함하는 첨가제 0.1 내지 20 중량부;를 포함하는 코팅 조성물로 형성되는 배리어층;
상기 배리어층의 일면에 형성되는 접착층; 및
상기 접착층의 일면에 위치하며 폴리프로필렌 필름으로 형성되는 가열실링층;을 포함하는 폴리아미드계 적층필름, 이를 이용한 폴리아미드계 포장재 및 이의 제조방법을 제공한다.

Claims (13)
- 폴리아미드계 수지를 포함하는 기재필름;
상기 기재필름의 일면에 위치하며, 중합도가 1000 내지 2000이며 검화도가 90 내지 99.9 몰%인 변성 폴리비닐알코올 1 내지 600 중량부; 가교제 0.1 내지 80 중량부; 유기실란계 화합물을 포함하는 첨가제 0.5 내지 5 중량부;를 포함하는 코팅 조성물로 형성되는 배리어층;
상기 배리어층의 일면에 형성되는 접착층; 및
상기 접착층의 일면에 위치하며 폴리프로필렌 필름으로 형성되는 가열실링층;을 포함하며,
상기 유기실란계 화합물은 에폭시기, 아미노기, 비닐기 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나의 작용기를 함유하는 실란계 화합물이며,
상기 가열실링층의 두께는 40 내지 150 ㎛인, 폴리아미드계 적층필름. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리아미드계 수지는 폴리카프로락탐(나일론-6), 폴리(헥사메틸렌 아디파미드)(나일론-6,6), 폴리(테트라메틸렌 아디파미드)(나일론-4,6), 폴리(헥사메틸렌 도데카노아미드)(나일론-6,12), 폴리(엠-크실릴렌 아디파미드)(나일론-MXD6), 및 이들의 혼합물들로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 한 종 이상을 포함하는, 폴리아미드계 적층필름. - 제 1 항에 있어서
상기 기재필름의 두께는 1 내지 150 ㎛인, 폴리아미드계 적층필름. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 변성 폴리비닐알코올은 카르복시기(Carboxyl group), 에스터기(Ester group), 술폰산기(Sulfonic acid group), 아세틸기(Acetyl group), 이소시아네이트기(Isocyanate group), 메티롤기(Methylol group), 니트릴기(Nitrile group), 아크릴레이트기(Acrylate group), 아크릴로일기(Acryloyl group), 아크릴아미드기(Acrylamide group), 비닐기(Vinyl group), 알릴기(Alkyl group), 스티릴기(Styryl group), 티올기(Thiol group), 및 에폭시기 (Epoxide group)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 작용기로 변성된 폴리비닐알코올인, 폴리아미드계 적층필름. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 가교제는 디알데히드(dialdehyde), 글리옥살(glyoxal), 글루타르알데히드(glutaraldehyde), 폴리카르복실산(polycarboxylic acid), 시트르산(citric acid), 숙신산(succinic acid), 타르타르산(tartaric acid), 에틸말론산(ethylmalonic acid), 옥살릭산 디하이드라자이드 (Oxalic Acid Dihydrazide), 말로닉산 디하이드라자이드 (Malonic Acid Dihydrazide), 숙시닉산 디하이드라자이드 (Succinic Acid Dihydrazide), 아디픽산 디하이드라자이드 (Adipic Acid Dihydrazide), 세바식산 디하이드라자이드 (Sebacic Acid Dihydrazide), 도데카노익산 디하이드라자이드 (Dodecanedioic Acid Dihydrazide), 및 이소프탈릭산 디하이드라자이드 (Isophthalic Acid Dihydrazide)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상을 포함하는, 폴리아미드계 적층필름. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 유기실란계 화합물은 중량평균 분자량이 300 내지 5000이고, 탄소수가 1 내지 50인, 폴리아미드계 적층필름. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 코팅 조성물은 용매를 포함하며,
상기 용매는, 비 알코올성 용매와 탄소수 1 내지 5의 알코올성 용매가 75 : 25 내지 95 : 5의 중량비로 혼합된, 폴리아미드계 적층필름. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 배리어층의 두께는 0.1 내지 4 ㎛인, 폴리아미드계 적층필름. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 따른 폴리아미드계 적층필름에서 가열실링층의 적어도 일부를 맞닿도록 열봉합하여 제조되는, 폴리아미드계 포장재.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 포장재는, 0%의 상대습도에서, 가열 살균 반응 후 ASTM F1927-20에 따라 측정한 산소투과도가 5 cc/m2·day 이하인(여기서 가열 살균 반응은, 70℃ 내지 150℃, 10 내지 45분, 및 1 내지 3기압 조건이다), 폴리아미드계 포장재. - 폴리아미드계 수지를 포함하는 기재필름을 형성하는 단계;
상기 기재필름의 일면에 위치하며, 중합도가 1000 내지 2000이며 검화도가 90 내지 99.9 몰%인 변성 폴리비닐알코올 1 내지 600 중량부; 가교제 0.1 내지 80 중량부; 유기실란계 화합물을 포함하는 첨가제 0.5 내지 5 중량부;를 포함하는 코팅 조성물을 도포하고 건조하여 배리어층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 배리어층의 일면에 접착 조성물을 도포하여 접착층을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 접착 조성물에 폴리프로필렌 필름을 합지하여 가열실링층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하며,
상기 유기실란계 화합물은 에폭시기, 아미노기, 비닐기 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나의 작용기를 함유하는 실란 유도체이며,
상기 가열실링층의 두께는 40 내지 150 ㎛인, 폴리아미드계 적층필름의 제조방법.
