Abstract
본 발명은 위크튜브 버스바에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 버스바에 있어서, 통전튜브의 내부에 대전류 반발지지력을 갖게 지지위크를 구비하여서, 튜브버스바의 대전류 반발지지력을 향상시킬 수 있도록 함을 목적으로 한 것이다.
즉, 본 발명은 버스바에 있어서, 전기가 통전되고 지지강성을 갖게 관체로 형성되어 구비되는 통전튜브와 상기 통전튜브의 내부에 대전류 반발지지력을 갖게 구비되는 지지위크, 상기 통전튜브의 양단에 지지위크와 물림 결속될 수 있게 구비되는 위크클램핑부, 상기 지지위크의 외측과 통전튜브의 내측 사이에 형성되는 절연공간부 및 상기 통전튜브의 외측에 절연을 위하여 구비되는 튜브전열피복부로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.The present invention relates to a wick tube busbar, and more specifically, to a busbar having a support wick that has a high current repulsion support force inside a current-carrying tube, thereby improving the high current repulsion support force of the tube busbar.

통전튜브(100)와 지지위크(200), 위크클램핑부(300), 절연공간부(400) 및 튜브전열피복부(500)로 구성하되;
상기 통전튜브(100)는 전기가 통전되고 지지강성을 갖게 관체로 형성되어 구비되되,
상기 통전튜브(100)에 통전튜브의 기계적강도가 10% 이상 감소되지 않는 간격과 직경을 튜브통기공(110)을 등간격으로 형성하며;
상기 튜브통기공(110)은 통전튜브 내부의 공기가 회류 통기 순환되게 나선형을 이루면 등간격을 이루게 형성하고;
상기 지지위크(200)는 통전튜브의 내부에 대전류 반발지지력을 갖게 구비되되,
상기 지지위크(200)는 버스바의 통전 전류량을 극대화할 수 있게 통전튜브보다 낮은 저항값을 갖는 초전도물질로 형성하고;
상기 지지위크(200)는 판형선재로 형성하며;
상기 지지위크(200)의 외면에는 외력에 의한 통전튜브의 절곡시 접촉쇼트가 방지되게 위크절연층(210)을 형성하고;
