Claims (20)
- 산성기를 포함하고, 상기 산성기의 적어도 일부가 중화된 수용성 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체의 제1 가교 중합체를 포함하는 베이스 수지 분말;
상기 베이스 수지 분말 상에 형성되어 있고, 상기 제1 가교 중합체가 표면 가교제를 매개로 추가 가교된 제2 가교 중합체를 포함하는 표면 가교층; 및
상기 표면 가교층 상에 형성되어 있는 먼지 저감층을 포함하고,
상기 먼지 저감층은, 알루미늄 황산염으로부터 유래된 이온 코팅층으로 표면 코팅된 친수성 실리카를 포함하며,
고흡수성 수지 총 중량에 대하여, 친수성 실리카의 함량이 500 내지 5000 ppm 이고, 상기 알루미늄 황산염 유래 이온 코팅층의 함량이 0.05 내지 1중량%이며, 함수율이 2 내지 5중량%이며, 무거리(입자 크기 850 ㎛ 초과의 입자 크기를 갖는 고흡수성 수지)의 함량이 5중량% 미만인, 고흡수성 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 실리카는 BET 비표면적이 150 내지 450 m2/g이고, pH가 3.5 내지 5.0이며, 물과의 표면 접촉각이 90°이하인 친수성의 실리카인, 고흡수성 수지.

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 먼지 저감층은 고흡수성 수지 총 중량에 대하여 0.01 내지 0.1중량%의 함량으로 변색방지제를 더 포함하는, 고흡수성 수지.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 변색방지제는 술피네이트 유도체 및 술포네이트 유도체 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 고흡수성 수지.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 술피네이트 유도체는 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 화합물이고, 상기 술포네이트 유도체는 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 화합물인, 고흡수성 수지.

상기 화학식 2 및 3에서, M2 내지 M5는 각각 독립적으로, 수소, Na, 또는 K이다.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 변색방지제는 2-히드록시-술피나토아세트산, 2-히드록시-2-술피나토아세테이트, 2-히드록시-2-술피나토아세트산 디소디움염, 2-히드록시-술포나토아세트산, 2-히드록시-2-술포나토아세테이트, 및 2-히드록시-2-술포나토아세트산 디소디움염으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 화합물을 포함하는, 고흡수성 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 수용성 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체는 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 무수말레인산, 푸말산, 크로톤산, 이타콘산, 2-아크릴로일에탄 술폰산, 2-메타크릴로일에탄술폰산, 2-(메트)아크릴로일프로판술폰산, 또는 2-(메트)아크릴아미드-2-메틸 프로판 술폰산의 음이온성 단량체와 이의 염; (메트)아크릴아미드, N-치환(메트)아크릴레이트, 2-히드록시에틸(메트)아크릴레이트, 2-히드록시프로필(메트)아크릴레이트, 메톡시폴리에틸렌글리콜(메트)아크릴레이트 또는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜(메트)아크릴레이트의 비이온계 친수성 함유 단량체; 및 (N,N)-디메틸아미노에틸(메트)아크릴레이트 또는 (N,N)-디메틸아미노프로필(메트)아크릴아미드의 아미노기 함유 불포화 단량체와 그의 4급화물;로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는, 고흡수성 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
레이저 더스트 측정기로 측정된 결과로부터 하기 수학식 1에 따라 결정되는 Dust number가 2 이하이고, 하기 수학식 2에 따라 결정되는 케이킹 방지 효율이 90% 이상인, 고흡수성 수지.

Dust number = Max value + 30 sec. value
(상기 수학식 1에서, Max value은 최대 dust 값으로서, 고흡수성 수지를 상기 레이저 더스트 측정기 투입구로 떨어뜨릴 때 발생되는 dust가 최대일 때의 측정값을 나타내고, 30 sec. value는 상기 최대 dust 값에 도달한 후 30초 경과 후 측정 값이다)

케이킹 방지 효율 (%) = [Wb(g) / Wa(g)] * 100
(상기 수학식 2에서, Wa(g)는 고흡수성 수지의 초기 무게(g)이고, Wb(g)는 지름 10 cm 플라스크 접시에 고르게 도포한 후 온도 40±3 ℃,습도 70±3% 수준을 유지하는 항온 항습 챔버 안에서 5 분 동안 유지시킨 후 필터 페이터에 플라스크 접시를 뒤집어 3회 테이핑(tapping) 후 고흡수성 수지가 떨어지는 양(g)이다)
- 제1항에 있어서,
하기 수학식 3에 따라 산출된 투과도가 10 내지 60초이고,
생리 식염수(0.9 중량% 염화 나트륨 수용액)에 대한 30분 동안의 원심분리 보수능이 28 내지 36g/g이며,
생리 식염수(0.9 중량% 염화 나트륨 수용액)에 대한 0.3psi 하에서 1시간 동안의 가압 흡수능이 20 내지 33g/g이고,
볼텍스 제거 시간이 40초 이하인, 고흡수성 수지.

투과도(초) = TS - T0
(상기 수학식 3에서, Ts (단위: 초)는 0.2g의 고흡수성 수지를 0.9% 염수(NaCl) 용액으로 30 분간 팽윤시켜 염수-흡수 고흡수성 수지를 준비하고, 0.3psi의 압력 하에서 0.9%의 염수 용액이 상기 염수-흡수 고흡수성 수지를 투과하는데 걸리는 시간을 의미하고,
T0 (단위: 초)는 상기 염수-흡수 고흡수성 수지 없이 0.3psi 압력 하에서 0.9%의 염수 용액이 투과하는데 걸리는 시간을 의미한다)
- 제1항에 있어서,
무정형 입자 형태를 갖는, 고흡수성 수지.
- 산성기를 포함하고, 산성기의 적어도 일부가 중화된 수용성 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체를 내부 가교제의 존재 하에 가교 중합하여 함수겔 중합체를 형성하는 단계;
상기 함수겔 중합체를 건조하여 베이스 수지 분말을 형성하는 단계;
표면 가교제의 존재 하에 상기 베이스 수지 분말의 표면을 추가 가교하여, 표면 가교층이 형성된 베이스 수지 분말을 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 표면 가교층이 형성된 베이스 수지 분말에 대해, 친수성 실리카, 알루미늄 황산염, 및 물을 포함하는 먼지 저감층 형성용 조성물을 분무 건조하여, 상기 표면 가교층 상에 먼지 저감층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 먼지 저감층 형성용 조성물은, 상기 표면 가교층이 형성된 베이스 수지 분말 100 중량부에 대하여 상기 친수성 실리카 0.05 내지 1 중량부 및 상기 알루미늄 황산염 0.1 내지 5 중량부를 포함하고,
상기 물은 상기 표면 가교층이 형성된 베이스 수지 분말 100 중량부에 대하여 5 내지 6.5중량부의 함량으로 포함되는, 제1항에 따른 고흡수성 수지의 제조방법.

- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 먼지 저감층 형성용 조성물은, 상기 표면 가교층이 형성된 베이스 수지 분말 100 중량부에 대하여 변색방지제를 0.01 내지 0.1 중량부의 함량으로 더 포함하는, 고흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 내부 가교제는 탄소수 8 내지 12의 비스(메트)아크릴아미드, 탄소수 2 내지 10의 폴리올의 폴리(메트)아크릴레이트 및 탄소수 2 내지 10의 폴리올의 폴리(메트)알릴에테르로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는, 고흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 표면 가교층 형성 전, 상기 베이스 수지 분말을 150 내지 850㎛의 입경을 갖도록 분쇄하고, 체로 분급하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 고흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 표면 가교제는 폴리올계 화합물, 알킬렌 카보네이트계 화합물 및 다가 에폭시계 화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는, 고흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 표면 가교층이 형성된 베이스 수지 분말은 생리 식염수(0.9 중량% 염화 나트륨 수용액)에 대한 30분 동안의 원심분리 보수능(CRC)가 30g/g 이상이고, 볼텍스 제거 시간이 30 내지 50초인, 고흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 분무 건조는 50 내지 60℃에서 수행되는, 고흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 및 제4항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 고흡수성 수지를 포함하는 위생용품.
