Abstract
Description
도 2는 종래 기술로서, 하이브리드 차량의 난방을 수행하기 위한 엔진 온 상태를 도시하고 있다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예로서, 하이브리드 차량의 난방 부하 판별방법을 수행하는 구성간의 결합관계를 도시하고 있다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예로서, 하이브리드 차량의 난방 부하 판별방법에 따라 산출되는 최종 난방 부하값의 맵 데이터를 도시하고 있다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예로서, 하이브리드 차량의 난방 부하 판별방법의 흐름도를 도시하고 있다.

Claims (10)
- 제어부를 통해 고전압 배터리의 SOC 상태를 판단하는 단계;
상기 고전압 배터리의 SOC 상태가 노멀인 경우, 제어부를 통해 주행패턴 입력에 따라 난방요구가 존재하는지 판단하는 단계;
상기 난방요구가 존재하는 경우, 제어부는 상기 입력에 따른 난방요구부하 산출하는 단계;
제어부는 차량의 환경에 따른 환경조건 산출하는 단계;
제어부는 상기 산출된 난방요구부하와 상기 차량의 환경조건을 조합을 통해 최종 난방 부하값을 산출하는 단계; 및
상기 산출된 최종 난방 부하값을 고려하여 제어부는 상기 주행패턴 입력에 따른 기본 엔진 요구토크를 보상하고 엔진의 구동을 제어하는 단계;를 포함하고,
사용자의 주행패턴에 따른 기본 엔진 요구토크는,
보조 배터리의 소모 전력량, 사용자의 가속의지, 주행 부하 및 차량의 평균 차속 중 적어도 하나 이상을 고려하는 산출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 난방 부하 판별방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 차량의 환경에 따른 환경조건 산출하는 단계에서,
엔진의 냉각수온, 일사량 및 차량 외기온의 조합으로 산출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 난방 부하 판별방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 난방요구부하 산출하는 단계에서,
상기 난방요구부하는 블로워 스텝에 따른 공조량, 템프도어의 각도에 의해 산출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 난방 부하 판별방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 산출된 난방요구부하와 상기 차량의 환경조건을 조합을 통해 최종 난방 부하값을 산출하는 단계에서,
상기 난방요구부하와 상기 차량의 환경조건을 조합하여 맵테이블로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 난방 부하 판별방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 맵테이블로 구성되는 최종 난방 부하값은, 상기 난방요구부하를 가로 인자로 사용하고, 상기 환경조건을 세로 인자로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 난방 부하 판별방법.

- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 난방요구는,
차량의 외기온도와 FATC의 설정온도 차이가 설정값 이상인 경우 난방요구가 존재하는 것으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 난방 부하 판별방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
제어부는, 공조 제어기(Full Automatic Temperature Control: FATC), 엔진 제어유닛(Engine Management System: EMS) 및 하이브리드 컨트롤 유닛(Hybrid Control Unit: HCU)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 난방 부하 판별방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 고전압 배터리의 SOC 상태를 판단하는 단계에서, 고전압 배터리 상태가 노멀이 아닌 경우, 고전압 배터리 SOC에 따른 엔진 목표토크값을 산출하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 난방 부하 판별방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
주행패턴 입력값이 난방요구가 존재하는지 판단하는 단계에서, 난방요구가 존재하지 않는 경우, 고전압 배터리 SOC에 따른 엔진 목표토크값을 산출하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 난방 부하 판별방법.
