상기 지립믹싱물을 논슬립모재(10) 표면에 돌출되게 성형하여 논슬립돌기(12)가 구비되도록 하는 논슬립돌기성형과정(S3)과;
상기 논슬립모재(10)를 상온에서 자연 건조되게 하여 논슬립돌기(12) 표면의 바인더 수분이 증발되게 하는 논슬립돌기건조과정(S4)과;
