Previously, a non-slip was disclosed that enabled identification at night by applying luminous paint to the surface of a non-slip member or attaching luminous tape, as in a prior art patent described in a patent document of a prior art document.

However, the above-mentioned prior art has a problem in that luminous paint is applied to the surface of a non-slip metal member or luminous tape is adhered to it, so it gradually wears out or peels off over a long period of time, resulting in a significant deterioration in nighttime identification function or complete loss.

The present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the attached preferred embodiments as follows.

Referring to Fig. 1, the present invention is implemented as a first process, a guided character processing process (S1). The guided character processing process (S1) is a process of perforating a non-slip base material (10) mainly composed of stainless steel material, using laser processing or press processing, to form a text character processing (11), as shown in Fig. 2. Since the laser processing and press processing are already known technologies, a detailed description thereof will be omitted.

Therefore, in the present invention, the phrase character hole (11) means something processed into a single-line phrase shape as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4. In addition, the phrase character hole (11) is not necessarily processed into letters, but may be a number, symbol, shape, etc.

The second process of the present invention is a non-slip abrasive grain mixing process (S2). The non-slip abrasive grain mixing process (S2) is a process of mixing and mixing 50 to 80 parts by weight of nickel-based solder paste and 20 to 50 parts by weight of abrasive grains. The abrasive grains may be ceramic materials such as wear-resistant artificial diamond, tungsten carbide, alumina, and zirconia.

And when mixing the above-mentioned raw materials, it is preferable to mix them by rotating them at a high speed of 2,000 to 3,000 rpm/min with a ceramic ball (not shown) in a stirrer, and by stirring them in this manner, an abrasive mixed material is obtained.

Next, the present invention carries out the third process, the non-slip projection forming process (S3). The non-slip projection forming process (S3) is a forming process for forming non-slip projections (12) on the surface of the non-slip base material (10), as shown in Fig. 3.

The non-slip projection forming process (S3) is to form non-slip projections (12) protruding on the surface of the non-slip base material (10) as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 by means of a screen printing method. That is, a screen (not shown) (mold) having perforations in the shape of non-slip projections (12) is placed in close contact with the surface of the non-slip base material (10), and then a grain mixture is applied on the screen and the grain mixture is moved while being pushed by a squeegee (not shown), thereby printing non-slip projections (12) protruding on the surface of the non-slip base material (10) as shown in FIG. 3. Since this screen printing method is already known, detailed drawings and descriptions are omitted.

Therefore, the present invention is a fourth process in which a non-slip protrusion drying process (S4) is performed, and this process is a process in which a non-slip base material (10) on which non-slip protrusions (12) are printed is naturally dried at room temperature for 24 to 26 hours. Therefore, during this process, the binder moisture on the surface of the non-slip protrusions (12) evaporates and becomes dry.

Next, the present invention performs a non-slip projection brazing process (S5) as the fifth process. The non-slip projection brazing process (S5) is a process in which a non-slip base material (10) is introduced into a brazing furnace into which hydrogen gas is introduced and brazing is performed at a high temperature of 1,000 to 1,100°C.

Accordingly, among the non-slip protrusion (12) components, only the nickel-based solder (12a) with a low melting point is melted, and the abrasive particles (12b) are joined to the non-slip base material (10). At this time, the oxide generated by the solder during brazing is reduced by the hydrogen component, and the chemical action of reducing the oxide by the hydrogen component is already known, so a detailed description is omitted.

Accordingly, by reductive brazing using hydrogen gas, the non-slip projection (12) is bonded to the non-slip base material (10) with excellent bonding strength. After the brazing process is completed, the nickel-based solder is allowed to cool naturally at room temperature, thereby solidifying again and becoming a solid, and the non-slip projection (12) is firmly bonded to and fixed in the non-slip base material (10).

Next, the present invention implements a sixth process, a character masking process (S6). This process is a process in which, as shown in Fig. 5, a masking tape (13) is attached to the surface (10a) of the non-slip base material (10) on the side with the non-slip protrusions (12) so that one side of the text hole (11) is blocked. The masking tape (13) is preferably a silicone tape that does not adhere to the luminescent resin mixture described later.

Next, the present invention implements a luminescent resin mixing process (S7) as the 7th process. In the luminescent resin mixing process (S7), 20 to 50 parts by weight of luminescent powder and 50 to 80 parts by weight of liquid resin are mixed to form a pretreatment luminescent resin mixture. Next, the pretreatment luminescent resin mixture and the hardener are mixed in a 2:1 ratio to perform posttreatment mixing, thereby completing the luminescent resin mixture.

The resin is preferably an epoxy or silicone resin, and the luminescent powder is preferably a component of a CaA1204 luminescent fluorescent substance having a specific gravity of 1.5 to 2.0. The resin may be a liquid resin having a color such as blue, yellow, or pink. The luminescent powder is a known component that has the property of re-emitting energy caused by previously received light energy as light energy for a certain period of time even in a state where light is blocked, and thus a detailed description thereof will be omitted. The curing agent is also known, so a detailed description thereof will be omitted.

Next, the present invention implements the 8th process, a luminescent resin mixture application process (S8). As shown in Fig. 5, the luminescent resin mixture application process (S8) applies a luminescent resin mixture (14) to the text hole (11) on the back side (10b) of the non-slip base material (10) and the back side (10b) of the non-slip base material (10) around it, so that the luminescent resin mixture (14) fills the inside of the text hole (11).

Next, the present invention performs a luminescent powder surface accumulation process (S9). This process is a process in which, while the luminescent resin mixture (14) filled in the lettering hole (11) is cured for 2 to 3 hours, the luminescent powder (14b) mixed with the liquid resin (14a) sinks toward the surface (10a) of the non-slip base material (10) as shown in Fig. 5, thereby accumulating the luminescent powder (14b) on the surface (10a) of the non-slip base material (10). Since the luminescent powder (14b) has a specific gravity, the luminescent powder (14b) accumulates on the surface (10a) of the non-slip base material (10) due to its characteristic of sinking down due to gravity.

Accordingly, the present invention implements a masking removal and curing process (S10) as the 10th process. The masking removal and curing process (S10) is a process in which, after the curing of the luminescent resin mixture (14) is completed, the masking tape (13) is detached from the surface (10a) of the non-slip base material (10) and the luminescent resin mixture (14) is cured at room temperature for 00 hours or more to harden into a solid state, thereby obtaining a solid luminescent resin mixture (14').

And when the solid luminescent resin mixture (14') is hardened, as shown in Fig. 6, the solid luminescent resin mixture (14') in the text character hole (11) is provided with a solid luminescent resin mixture joint (14c) bonded to the back surface (10b) of the non-slip base material (10) in all directions, and as a result, the solid luminescent resin mixture (14') is firmly fixed to the non-slip base material (10) without being detached from the text character hole (11).

Accordingly, the non-slip of the present invention, as shown in Fig. 6, by the above-described manufacturing method, is provided with a non-slip projection (12) protruding and fixed on the surface (10a) of the non-slip base material (10), a text hole (11) is punched in the non-slip base material (10), and a solid text hole (14') is formed by the text hole (11) in which the text hole (11) is filled with a text powder (14b) mixed in the liquid resin (14a) of the liquid text hole (14) of the text hole (11) and then the text hole (11) is exposed to the text hole (11) on the surface (10a) of the non-slip base material (10) and then hardened.

In addition, the solid luminescent resin mixture (14') exposed to the text hole (11) on the back side (10b) of the non-slip base material (10) is configured to have a solid luminescent resin mixture joint (14c) bonded to the back side (10b) of the non-slip base material (10) in all directions.

Accordingly, the non-slip of the present invention has excellent wear resistance and good wear resistance due to the non-slip protrusion (12) in which ceramic particles (12b) are normally used, so that the safety of walking against slipping accidents is greatly improved.

And since the present invention has a solid luminescent resin mixture (14') and a solid luminescent resin mixture joint (14c) bonded to the back surface (10b) of a non-slip base material (10) in all directions, the bonding property with an adherend such as a staircase is greatly improved during construction.

To help understand the present invention, when constructing a non-slip, a silicone adhesive is usually used to adhere to an adherend such as a staircase and fix it in place. However, in this case, the resin component of the solid luminescent resin mixture (14') having a resin component on the back surface of the non-slip base material (10) and the solid luminescent resin mixture joint (14c) provided on all sides thereof locally bonds better with a silicone adhesive of the same polymer series, so that a stronger bonding force can be obtained when constructing to fix the non-slip to an adherend such as a staircase.

In addition, the present invention provides a stationery box (11) with various logos or phrases, and a solid luminescent resin mixture (14') of various colors is exposed on the stationery box (11), so that in an emergency situation such as a fire, power outage, or earthquake, light energy is emitted in the dark, as illustrated in FIG. 7, thereby exhibiting a function of quickly guiding to an escape route or a specific point in an emergency.

And since the width of the letter of the stationery letter (11) is narrow, there is a non-slip base material made of metal on both sides of the solid luminescent resin mixture (14') exposed to the surface, so even if the surface of the solid luminescent resin mixture (14') is worn down due to friction with shoes when walking, only the surface is slightly worn down, and since the shoes come into contact only with the non-slip base material made of metal (10) on both sides of the solid luminescent resin mixture (14'), the solid luminescent resin mixture (14') is no longer worn down deeply, so even if the non-slip is used for a long period of time, the luminescence-inducing function of the solid luminescent resin mixture (14') is not lost at all, and as a result, the lifespan of the non-slip is increased.

The present invention is not necessarily limited to what has been illustrated and described in the drawings, and may be implemented in various forms by those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains. Therefore, it is obvious that the present invention should be broadly protected as long as it does not significantly depart from the scope of the claims.
