Abstract
본 발명은 열매가공 부산물로부터 얻어진 방향 조성물과 이를 이용한 향료에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 와인 등 주류의 제조나 과실 등 씨앗을 가진 각종 열매의 식품 가공물 제조과정에서 사용된 후 남겨진 열매가공 부산물을 가열하지 않고 특정 공법으로 가공하여 얻어지며, 향료로 활용이 가능한 방향 조성물로서 아로마테라피, 화장품, 방향용 공산품 등 방향 제품의 원료로 바람직하게 사용할 수 있도록 제조된 열매가공 부산물의 방향 조성물과 이를 이용한 향료에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a fragrance composition obtained from a by-product of fruit processing and a fragrance using the same, and more specifically, to a fragrance composition obtained by processing a by-product of fruit processing left over after use in the manufacturing of alcoholic beverages such as wine or in the manufacturing of food processed products from various fruits with seeds such as fruits using a specific method without heating, and to a fragrance composition of a by-product of fruit processing manufactured so as to be preferably used as a raw material for fragrance products such as aromatherapy, cosmetics, and fragrance-containing industrial products, and a fragrance using the same.

상기 원료는 10~70℃에서 1차 건조하는 원료 전처리 단계;
상기 전처리된 원료를 평균입경 0.5~5mm로 분쇄하는 파쇄단계;
상기 주류 가공 부산물의 씨앗이나 가공전 열매로부터 씨앗 중에서 상기 주류 가공 부산물과 동종의 씨앗을 분리하는 종자분리단계;
상기 분리된 종자를 80~180℃의 가온 조건에서 착유하여 종자유를 수득하는 단계;
상기 수득한 종자유를 상기 파쇄한 원료 100중량부에 대하여 50~500중량부의 비율로 투입하여 추출하는 단계; 및
상기 추출 후 여과하여 유수분 추출물을 분리하는 단계;
