- 기판;
상기 기판 상에 배치되는 반사 부재;
상기 기판 상에 배치되는 복수개의 발광 소자;
상기 반사 부재 및 상기 발광 소자 상에 배치되는 레진층; 및
상기 레진층 상에 배치되는 확산층을 포함하며,
상기 레진층은 상기 레진층의 상면에서 오목하게 형성된 리세스 영역인 차광부를 포함하고,
상기 차광부를 형성하는 상기 레진층의 바닥면은 상기 확산층과 상기 레진층이 접하는 면의 접착력보다는 낮은 접착력을 가지며,
상기 발광 소자는 제1방향으로 광을 방출하며,
상기 차광부는 상기 발광 소자에 중첩된 제1영역, 상기 제1영역으로부터 제1방향으로 연장된 제2영역, 상기 제2영역으로부터 상기 기판의 제1측면 방향으로 연장된 제3영역, 및 상기 제2영역으로부터 상기 기판의 제2측면 방향으로 연장된 제4영역을 포함하며,

상기 제1 오픈 영역 및 제2오픈 영역은 상기 제1 방향 및 상기 제1 방향과 수직한 제2방향으로 상기 발광 소자와 중첩되지 않게 배치되는 조명 모듈. - 제1항 또는 제8항에 있어서,
상기 차광부의 깊이는 상기 레진층의 상면으로부터 100 마이크로 미터 내지 200 마이크로 미터 범위인 조명 모듈.
