Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- 하나 이상의 유기 반도체 재료 및 하나 이상의 유기 용매를 포함하는 제형의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 제형은 10 ppm 미만의 페놀 타입 불순물을 함유하고,
상기 페놀 타입 불순물은 용매 및/또는 유기 반도체의 부산물이며, 용매의 제조 및/또는 유기 반도체의 제조 중에 형성되고,
상기 하나 이상의 유기 반도체 재료는 하나 이상의 유기 용매에 용해되고 이후 상기 제형은 여과되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제형의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 페놀 타입 불순물은 하기 일반식 (I)에 따른 화합물이고,
식에서
R1, R2, R3, R4 및 R5 는 각각의 경우 동일하거나 상이하게, H, 1 내지 20 개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 직쇄 알킬기 또는 3 내지 20 개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 분지형 또는 환형 알킬기 (여기서 하나 이상의 비인접 CH2 기는 -O-, -S-, -NR6-, -CONR6-, -CO-O-, -C=O-, -CH=CH- 또는 -C≡C- 로 대체될 수 있고, 하나 이상의 수소 원자는 F 로 대체될 수 있음), 또는 2 내지 60 개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 아릴 또는 헤테로아릴기이고, 상술된 기는 하나 이상의 R6 라디칼로 치환될 수 있고, R3 및 R4는 함께 결국 단환 또는 다환의, 지방족, 방향족 또는 헤테로방향족 고리계를 형성할 수 있고; 그리고
R6 은 각각의 경우 동일하거나 상이하게, H, 1 내지 20 개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 직쇄 알킬 또는 알콕시 기 또는 3 내지 20 개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 분지형 또는 환형 알킬 또는 알콕시 기 (여기서 하나 이상의 수소 원자는 D, F, Cl, Br, I, CN 또는 NO2 로 대체될 수 있음), 또는 2 내지 14 개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 아릴 또는 헤테로아릴 기인 것을 특징으로 하는 제형의 제조 방법. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 유기 반도체 재료는 분자량 Mw 가 5,000 g/mol 초과하는 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 제형의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 유기 반도체 재료는 분자량이 5,000 g/mol 이하인 저분자량 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 제형의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 유기 반도체 재료는 정공 주입, 정공 수송, 전자 차단, 발광, 정공 차단, 전자 수송, 전자 주입 및 유전체 흡수제 재료로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제형의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제형은 하나의 용매를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제형의 제조 방법. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 용매는 비점이 90℃ 이상, 또는 150℃ 이상, 또는 200℃ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 제형의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제형은 적어도 2 종의 상이한 용매를 함유하고, 상기 적어도 2 종의 상이한 용매 중 2 종의 용매의 비점의 차이가 10℃ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 제형의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제형은 적어도 2 종의 상이한 용매를 함유하고, 상기 적어도 2 종의 상이한 용매 중 2 종의 용매의 증기압의 차이가 2 배 이상, 또는 10 배 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 제형의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제형은 점도가 1.5 내지 100 mPas 범위, 또는 2.0 내지 40 mPas 범위, 또는 2.1 내지 20 mPas 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 제형의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제형은 첨가제 및/또는 보조제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제형의 제조 방법. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 제형은 첨가제로서 적어도 하나의 중합체 바인더를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제형의 제조 방법. - 삭제

- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 및 제 4 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제형은 전자 디바이스의 적어도 하나의 층의 제조를 위해 사용되는 것인, 제형의 제조 방법.

상기 전자 디바이스는 OLED, OTFT, OFET, 태양 전지, 센서, 유기 다이오드 및 RFID로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제형의 제조 방법.
