Abstract

본 발명은 차량용 제동장치에 관한 것으로, 복수개의 휠실린더부 중 일부와 마스터실린더부를 연결하여 제동유압을 안내하는 제1유로부와, 복수개의 상기 휠실린더부 중 나머지와 마스터실린더부를 연결하여 제동유압을 안내하는 제2유로부와, 마스터실린더부와 연결되어 오일이 저장되는 리저버부와, 제동유압을 생성하고 서로 연동되어 흡입 작동과 토출 작동을 교대로 행하도록 설치된 펌프부를 연결하고, 제1유로부와 연결되는 제3유로부와, 리저버부와 펌프부를 연결하고, 제2유로부와 연결되는 제4유로부와, 리저버부와 제1유로부를 연결하는 제5유로부와, 리저버부와 제2유로부를 연결하는 제6유로부와, 제1유로부와 제2유로부를 선택적으로 연결할 수 있는 제7유로부와, 제2유로부와 리저버부를 연결하는 제8유로부를 포함하여, 펌프부 사용 효율을 증대시키고, 성능 저하를 방지할 수 있다.

차량용 제동장치{BRAKE DEVICE FOR VEHICLE}
본 발명은 차량용 제동장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 펌프 사용 효율을 증대시키고, 맥동 진폭을 최소화하며, 페달 시뮬레이터 기능을 구현할 수 있고, 필요한 제동 성능을 확보할 수 있는 차량용 제동장치에 관한 것이다.
최근 연비 향상 및 배기가스 저감을 위하여 하이브리드 자동차, 연료 전지 자동차, 전기 자동차 등의 개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이러한 차량에는 필수적으로 제동 장치 즉, 달리고 있는 차량의 속도를 줄이거나 정지시키기 위한 제동 장치가 필요하다.
통상적인 전자제어 제동시스템의 제동 장치는 엔진의 흡입압을 사용해서 제동력을 발생하는 진공 브레이크와, 유압을 사용해서 제동력을 발생하는 유압 브레이크를 포함하며, 첨단안전주행시스템 개발 추세에 맞춰 차량의 주행 중 위급 상황 발생시 자동 긴급 제동(AEB: Autonomous Emergency Braking)을 할 수 있는 부가 기능이 개발되고 있다.
최근에는 CBS(Conventional Brake System)에 액티브 제동(Active Braking)을 할 수 있는 ESC(Electronic Stability Control)를 포함한 ESC 통합형 제동시스템이 제시되어 있다.
ESC 통합형 제동시스템은 차량 주행 중 차량의 직진, 선회 및 등판 안정성이 저하되면 ABS(Anti-lock Brake System), VDC(Vehicle Dynamics Control) 및 TCS(Traction Control System) 기능을 동작시켜 차량의 안정성을 확보한다.
제동시스템의 성능 개선을 위해 펌프 수와 모터 용량을 증대하는 연구가 진행되고 있으나, 펌프 수량의 증가 및 모터 용량의 증대로 인해 원가 및 중량이 상승하고 주변 전장 부품(ECU) 등에 악영향을 미치는 문제점이 발생한다. 따라서, 이를 개선할 필요성이 요청된다.
본 발명의 배경기술은 대한민국 공개특허공보 제10-2013-0102923호(2013. 09. 23 공개, 발명의 명칭: 전자식 유압 브레이크 장치)에 개시되어 있다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점들을 개선하기 위해 안출된 것으로서, 펌프 사용 효율을 증대시키고, 맥동 진폭을 최소화하며, 페달 시뮬레이터 기능을 구현할 수 있고, 필요한 제동 성능을 확보할 수 있는 차량용 제동장치를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명에 따른 차량용 제동장치는: 복수개의 휠실린더부 중 일부와 마스터실린더부를 연결하여 제동유압을 안내하는 제1유로부; 복수개의 상기 휠실린더부 중 나머지와 상기 마스터실린더부를 연결하여 제동유압을 안내하는 제2유로부; 상기 마스터실린더부와 연결되어 오일이 저장되는 리저버부와, 제동유압을 생성하고 서로 연동되어 흡입 작동과 토출 작동을 교대로 행하도록 설치된 펌프부를 연결하고, 상기 제1유로부와 연결되는 제3유로부; 상기 리저버부와 상기 펌프부를 연결하고, 상기 제2유로부와 연결되는 제4유로부; 상기 리저버부와 상기 제1유로부를 연결하는 제5유로부; 상기 리저버부와 상기 제2유로부를 연결하는 제6유로부; 상기 제1유로부와 상기 제2유로부를 선택적으로 연결할 수 있는 제7유로부; 및 상기 제2유로부와 상기 리저버부를 연결하는 제8유로부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 제1유로부는 상기 마스터실린더부에 일단부가 연결되고, 상기 제3유로부에 타단부가 연결되며, 제11밸브부에 의해 제동유압이 조절되는 제11라인부; 상기 제11라인부에서 연장되고, 제12밸브부에 의해 제동유압이 조절되는 제12라인부; 상기 제12라인부와 상기 휠실린더부 중 어느 하나를 연결하고, 제13밸브부에 의해 제동유압이 조절되는 제13라인부; 및 상기 제12라인부와 상기 휠실린더부 중 다른 하나를 연결하고, 제14밸브부에 의해 제동유압이 조절되는 제14라인부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 제3유로부는 상기 리저버부와 연결되는 제31라인부; 상기 제31라인부와 상기 펌프부를 연결하고, 상기 제11라인부와 연결되는 제32라인부; 상기 제31라인부와 상기 펌프부를 연결하는 제33라인부; 및 상기 제33라인부와 상기 제12라인부를 연결하고, 제34밸브부에 의해 제동유압이 조절되는 제34라인부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 제5유로부는 상기 리저버부와 연결되는 제51라인부; 상기 제51라인부와 상기 제13라인부를 연결하고, 제52밸브부에 의해 제동유압이 조절되는 제52라인부; 및 상기 제51라인부와 상기 제14라인부를 연결하고, 제53밸브부에 의해 제동유압이 조절되는 제53라인부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 제2유로부는 상기 마스터실린더부에 일단부가 연결되고, 상기 제4유로부에 타단부가 연결되며, 제21밸브부에 의해 제동유압이 조절되는 제21라인부; 상기 제21라인부에서 연장되고, 제22밸브부에 의해 제동유압이 조절되는 제22라인부; 상기 제22라인부와 상기 휠실린더부 중 어느 하나와 연결되고, 제23밸브부에 의해 제동유압이 조절되는 제23라인부; 및 상기 제22라인부와 상기 휠실린더부 중 다른 하나와 연결되고, 제24밸브부에 의해 제동유압이 조절되는 제24라인부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 제4유로부는 상기 리저버부와 연결되는 제41라인부; 상기 제41라인부와 상기 펌프부를 연결하고, 상기 제21라인부와 연결되는 제42라인부; 상기 제41라인부와 상기 펌프부를 연결하는 제43라인부; 및 상기 제43라인부와 상기 제22라인부를 연결하고, 제44밸브부에 의해 제동유압이 조절되는 제44라인부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 제6유로부는 상기 리저버부와 연결되는 제61라인부; 상기 제61라인부와 상기 제23라인부를 연결하고, 제62밸브부에 의해 제동유압이 조절되는 제62라인부; 및 상기 제61라인부와 상기 제24라인부를 연결하고, 제63밸브부에 의해 제동유압이 조절되는 제63라인부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 제8유로부는 상기 마스터실린더부와 상기 제21밸브부 사이에 형성되는 상기 제21라인부에 일단부가 연결되고, 상기 리저버부에 타단부가 연결되는 제8라인부; 및 상기 제8라인부에 형성되고, 상기 제8라인부이 제동유압을 조절하는 제8밸브부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 펌프부는 편심 베어링에 의해 서로 연동되어 흡입 작동과 토출 작동을 교대로 행하도록 짝수개로 형성되고, 각각의 상기 펌프부는 흡입 유로와 토출 유로가 하나로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 마스터실린더부에는 브레이크 페달의 작동을 감지하는 센서부가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
유압제동 종료시 상기 휠실린더부의 제동유압은 상기 펌프부를 통과한 후, 상기 제8유로부를 통해 상기 리저버부로 이동되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따른 차량용 제동장치는 펌프부 사용 효율을 증대시킬 수 있고, 맥동 진폭을 최소화할 수 있으며, 페달 시뮬레이터 기능을 구현할 수 있고, 필요한 제동 성능을 확보할 수 있다
본 발명에 따른 차량용 제동장치는 휠실린더부의 감압시 오일이 펌프부를 통과하여 리저버부에 복귀하므로, 펌프부의 기포 축적을 방지하여 펌프부 성능을 유지시킬 수 있다.

이하, 첨부된 도면들을 참조하여 본 발명에 따른 차량용 제동장치의 실시예를 설명한다. 이러한 과정에서 도면에 도시된 선들의 두께나 구성요소의 크기 등은 설명의 명료성과 편의상 과장되게 도시되어 있을 수 있다. 또한, 후술되는 용어들은 본 발명에서의 기능을 고려하여 정의된 용어들로서, 이는 사용자, 운용자의 의도 또는 관례에 따라 달라질 수 있다. 그러므로, 이러한 용어들에 대한 정의는 본 명세서 전반에 걸친 내용을 토대로 내려져야 할 것이다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량용 제동장치를 개략적으로 나타내는 도면이다. 도 1을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량용 제동장치는 제1유로부(10) 내지 제8유로부(80)를 포함한다.
제1유로부(10)는 마스터실린더부(100)와 복수개의 휠실린더부(200) 중 일부를 연결하여 제동유압을 안내한다. 일 예로, 제1유로부(10)는 마스터실린더부(100)의 오일이 휠실린더부(200)로 이동되도록 하며, 필요에 따라 오일 이동량을 조절할 수 있다.
제2유로부(20)는 마스터실린더부(100)와 복수개의 휠실린더부(200) 중 나머지를 연결하여 제동유압을 안내한다. 일 예로, 제2유로부(20)는 마스터실린더부(100)의 오일이 휠실린더부(200)로 이동되도록 하며, 필요에 따라 오일 이동량을 조절할 수 있다.
한편, 마스터실린더부(1000)는 브레이크 페달(900)의 조작력을 전달받아 제동유압을 생성하되, 2개의 유압 공간이 구획되어 제1유로부(10)와 제2유로부(20)가 각각 연결될 수 있다.
그리고, 휠실린더부(200)는 제1휠실린더부(210) 내지 제4휠실린더부(240)를 포함하되, 제1유로부(10)는 제1,제2휠실린더부(210,220)와 연결되고, 제2유로부(20)는 제3,제4휠실린더부(230,240)와 연결될 수 있다.
제3유로부(30)는 마스터실린더부(100)와 연결되어 오일이 저장되는 리저버부(300)와, 제동유압을 생성하고 서로 연동되어 흡입 작동과 토출 작동을 교대로 행하도록 설치된 펌프부(400)를 연결한다. 이러한 제3유로부(30)는 제1유로부(10)와 연결된다. 일 예로, 제3유로부(30)는 리저버부(300)에 저장된 오일이 펌프부(400)로 이동되도록 유도할 수 있다.
제4유로부(40)는 리저버부(300)와 펌프부(400)를 연결한다. 이때, 제4유로부(40)는 제2유로부(20)와 연결된다. 일 예로, 제4유로부(40)는 제2유로부(20)와 연통된 상태에서 리저버부(300)에 저장된 오일이 펌프부(400)로 이동되도록 유도할 수 있다.
제5유로부(50)는 리저버부(300)와 제1유로부(10)를 연결하고, 제6유로부(60)는 리저버부(300)와 제2유로부(20)를 연결한다. 일 예로, 제5유로부(50)와 제6유로부(60)는 휠실린더부(200)의 제동유압을 리저버부(300)로 안내할 수 있다. 이로 인해 별도의 어큐뮬레이터 삭제가 가능하다.
제7유로부(70)는 제1유로부(10)와 제2유로부(20)를 선택적으로 연결하고, 제8유로부(80)는 제2유로부(20)와 리저버부(300)를 연결한다. 일 예로, 제7유로부(70)는 한 쌍의 유압 회로를 연결하거나 구획할 수 있으며, 제8유로부(80)는 브레이크 페달(900) 작동에 의한 마스터실린더부(100)의 제동유압을 완화할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 제1유로부(10)는 제11라인부(11)와, 제12라인부(12)와, 제13라인부(13)와, 제14라인부(14)를 포함한다.
제11라인부(11)는 마스터실린더부(100)에 일단부가 연결되고, 제3유로부(30)에 타단부가 연결된다. 이러한 제11라인부(11)에는 제11밸브부(111)가 형성되어 제동유압(오일 이동량)을 조절한다.
제12라인부(12)는 제11라인부(11)에서 연장된다. 이러한 제12라인부(12)에는 제12밸브부(121)가 형성되어 제동유압을 조절한다.
제13라인부(13)는 제12라인부(12)와 휠실린더부(200) 중 어느 하나를 연결하고, 제13밸브부(131)에 의해 제동유압이 조절된다. 일 예로, 제13라인부(13)는 제1휠실린더부(210)와 연결될 수 있다.
제14라인부(14)는 제12라인부(12)와 휠실린더부(200) 중 다른 하나를 연결하고, 제14밸브부(141)에 의해 제동유압이 조절된다. 일 예로, 제14라인부(14)는 제2휠실린더부(220)와 연결될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 제3유로부(30)는 제31라인부(31)와, 제32라인부(32)와, 제33라인부(33)와, 제34라인부(34)를 포함한다.
제31라인부(31)는 리저버부(300)와 연결되고, 제32라인부(32)와 제33라인부(33)는 제31라인부(31)에서 각각 분기되어 펌프부(400)에 연결된다. 이때, 제32라인부(32)는 제11라인부(11)와 연결된다. 제34라인부(34)는 제33라인부(33)와 제12라인부(12)를 연결하고, 제34밸브부(341)에 의해 제동유압이 조절된다. 일 예로, 제32라인부(32)와 제33라인부(33)에는 유량 제어를 위해 체크밸브(321,331)가 형성될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 제5유로부(50)는 제51라인부(51)와, 제52라인부(52)와, 제53라인부(53)를 포함한다.
제51라인부(51)는 리저버부(300)와 연결된다. 제52라인부(52)는 제51라인부(51)와 제13라인부(13)를 연결하고, 제52밸브부(521)에 의해 제동유압이 조절된다. 그리고, 제53라인부(53)는 제51라인부(51)와 제14라인부(14)를 연결하고, 제53밸브부(531)에 의해 제동유압이 조절된다. 일 예로, 제51라인부(51)는 제31라인부(31)와 연결되거나 리저버부(300)와 직접 연결될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 제2유로부(20)는 제21라인부(21)와, 제22라인부(22)와, 제23라인부(23)와, 제24라인부(24)를 포함한다.
제21라인부(21)는 마스터실린더부(100)에 일단부가 연결되고, 제4유로부(40)에 타단부가 연결된다. 이러한 제21라인부(21)에는 제21밸브부(211)가 형성되어 제동유압(오일 이동량)을 조절한다.
제22라인부(22)는 제21라인부(21)에서 연장된다. 이러한 제22라인부(22)에는 제22밸브부(221)가 형성되어 제동유압을 조절한다.
제23라인부(23)는 제22라인부(22)와 휠실린더부(200) 중 어느 하나를 연결하고, 제23밸브부(231)에 의해 제동유압이 조절된다. 일 예로, 제23라인부(23)는 제3휠실린더부(230)와 연결될 수 있다.
제24라인부(24)는 제22라인부(22)와 휠실린더부(200) 중 다른 하나를 연결하고, 제24밸브부(241)에 의해 제동유압이 조절된다. 일 예로, 제24라인부(24)는 제4휠실린더부(240)와 연결될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 제4유로부(40)는 제41라인부(41)와, 제42라인부(42)와, 제43라인부(43)와, 제44라인부(44)를 포함한다.
제41라인부(41)는 리저버부(300)와 연결되고, 제42라인부(42)와 제43라인부(43)는 제41라인부(41)에서 각각 분기되어 펌프부(400)에 연결된다. 이때, 제42라인부(32)는 제21라인부(11)와 연결된다. 제44라인부(44)는 제43라인부(43)와 제22라인부(22)를 연결하고, 제44밸브부(441)에 의해 제동유압이 조절된다. 일 예로, 제42라인부(42)와 제43라인부(43)에는 유량 제어를 위해 체크밸브(421,431)가 형성될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 제6유로부(60)는 제61라인부(61)와, 제62라인부(62)와, 제63라인부(63)를 포함한다.
제61라인부(61)는 리저버부(300)와 연결된다. 제62라인부(62)는 제61라인부(61)와 제23라인부(23)를 연결하고, 제62밸브부(621)에 의해 제동유압이 조절된다. 그리고, 제63라인부(63)는 제61라인부(61)와 제24라인부(24)를 연결하고, 제63밸브부(631)에 의해 제동유압이 조절된다. 일 예로, 제61라인부(61)는 제41라인부(41)와 연결되거나 리저버부(300)와 직접 연결될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 제7유로부(70)는 제7라인부(71)와 제7밸브부(72)를 포함할 수 있다. 제7라인부(71)는 제12라인부(12)와 제22라인부(22)를 연결하여 2개의 유압회로를 연결하고, 제7밸브부(72)는 제7라인부(71)에 형성되어 제7라인부(71)를 개폐할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 제8유로부(80)는 제8라인부(81)와 제8밸브부(82)를 포함할 수 있다. 제8라인부(81)는 제21라인부(21)에 일단부가 연결되고 리저버부(300)에 타단부가 연결된다. 이때, 제21라인부(21)의 일단부는 마스터실린더부(100)와 제21밸브부(211) 사이에 형성되는 제21라인부(21)와 연결될 수 있다. 제8밸브부(82)는 제8라인부(81)에 형성되어 제8라인부(81)를 개폐할 수 있다. 한편, 제8라인부(81)는 제41라인부(41)와 연결되거나 리저버부(300)와 직접 연결될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 펌프부(400)는 편심 베어링에 의해 서로 연동되어 흡입 작동과 토출 작동을 교대로 행하도록 짝수개로 형성되고, 각각의 펌프부(400)는 흡입 유로와 토출 유로가 하나로 형성된다.
일 예로, 펌프부(400)는 제1,제2유압펌프(410,420)와 제3,제4유압펌프(430,440)를 포함하고, 이들은 하나의 구동모터(450)에 의해 구동되도록 연결될 수 있다. 제1유압펌프(410)는 제32라인부(32)와 연결되고, 제2유압펌프(420)는 제33라인부(33)와 연결될 수 있다. 그리고, 제3유압펌프(430)는 제42라인부(42)와 연결되고, 제4유압펌프(440)는 제43라인부(43)와 연결될 수 있다.
제1,제2유압펌프(410,420)와 제3,제4유압펌프(430,440)는 왕복 피스톤으로 구성되고, 구동모터(250)의 1회전시에 편심 베어링의 회전에 따라, 제1,제2유압펌프(410,420)는 흡입 작동과 토출 작동을 교대로 행하며, 제3,제4유압펌프(430,440) 또한 흡입 작동과 토출 작동을 교대로 행할 수 있다.
또한 제1,제2유압펌프(410,420)와 제3,제4유압펌프(430,440)는 각각 흡입 유로와 토출 유로가 하나로 형성되고, 하나로 형성된 유로에서 제동 유압이 일정한 방향으로 전달되도록 다수의 체크밸브(321,331,421,431)가 설치될 수 있다.
따라서 제1유압펌프(410) 또는 제3유압펌프(430)가 흡입작동(토출작동)을 할 때, 제2유압펌프(420) 또는 제4유압펌프(440)는 토출작동(흡입작동)을 할 수 있다.
이와 같이 제1,제2유압펌프(410,420)와 제3,제4유압펌프(430,440)는 흡입 유로와 토출 유로가 하나로 형성됨으로써, 별도의 밸브가 필요치 않게 되어 부품수가 감소되고, 원가 절감 효과를 얻을 수 있으며, 밸브 작동에 따른 맥동현상 문제도 해결될 수 있다.
그리고, 제1유로부(10)와 제2유로부(20)가 제7유로부(70)에 의해 연결될 수 있으므로, 제1,제2유압펌프(410,420)와 제3,제4유압펌프(430,440)가 제1유로부(10)와 제2유로부(20)에서 공통으로 사용될 수 있게 되고, 이를 통해 펌프 사용 효율이 증대될 수 있으며, 맥동 진폭이 최소화될 수 있다.
한편, 마스터실린더부(100)에는 브레이크 페달(900)의 작동을 감지하는 센서부(800)가 설치된다.
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량용 제동장치에서 유압제동 종료후 유압 이동 상태를 개략적으로 나타내는 도면이다. 도 2를 참조하면, 유압제동 종료시 휠실린더부(200)의 제동유압은 펌프부(400)를 통과한 후, 제8유로부(80)를 통해 리저버부(300)로 이동된다.
즉, 브레이크 페달(900)을 이용한 일반적인 유압제동이 완료되면, 제11밸브부(111)는 제11라인부(11)를 폐쇄하고, 제21밸브부(211)는 제21라인부(21)를 개방한다. 그리고, 제12밸브부(121)는 제12라인부(33)를 개방하고, 제34밸브부(341)는 제34라인부(34)를 개방하며, 제22밸브부(221)는 제22라인부(22)를 개방하고, 제44밸브부(441)는 제44라인부(44)를 개방한다. 또한, 제7유로부(70)는 제1유로부(10)와 제2유로부(20)를 연결하고, 제8밸브부(82)는 제8라인부(81)를 개방한다.
상기한 상태에서, 각각의 휠실린더부(200)의 오일이 제11라인부(11)를 통해 휠실린더부(100)와 리저버부(300)로 이동된다. 이때, 오일이 제1 내지 제4유압펌프(410,420,430,440)를 통과하여 이들 내부에 기포가 축적되는 것을 방지하고 펌프 작동 출력을 안정적으로 유지시킬 수 있다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량용 제동장치에서 초기 브리딩 작업 상태를 개략적으로 나타내는 도면이다. 도 3을 참조하면, 초기 유압 회로의 브리딩 작업시 제7밸브부(72)는 제7라인부(71)를 폐쇄하고, 제8밸브부(82)는 제8라인부(81)를 폐쇄한다. 그리고, 휠실린더부(200)로 공급된 유체는 노멀오픈밸브인 제12밸브부(121), 제34밸브부(341), 제22밸브부(221), 제44밸브부(441)에 의해 제12라인부(12), 제34라인부(34), 제22라인부(22), 제44라인부(44)를 각각 통과하여 마스터실린더부(100) 및 마스터실린더부(100)와 연결된 리저버부(300)에 도달한다. 이때, 펌프부(400)의 내부 진공도 형성 및 흡입시간이 단축될 수 있다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량용 제동장치에서 전원 미인가시 제동 상태를 개략적으로 나타내는 도면이다. 도 4를 참조하면, 전원 미인가된 상태에서 제7밸브부(72)는 제7라인부(71)를 폐쇄하고, 제8밸브부(82)는 제8라인부(81)를 폐쇄한다. 상기한 상태에서 브레이크 페달(900)이 가압되면, 마스터실린더부(100)에 저장된 오일이 제1유로부(10)와 제2유로부(20)를 통해 각각의 휠실린더부(200)에 도달한다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량용 제동장치에서 전원 인가시 미제동 상태를 개략적으로 나타내는 도면이다. 도 5를 참조하면, 전원이 인가시 제7밸브부(72)는 제7라인부(71)를 개방하고, 제8밸브부(82)는 제8라인부(81)를 개방한다. 그리고, 제11밸브부(111)는 제11라인부(11)를 폐쇄하고, 제21밸브부(211)는 제21라인부(21)를 폐쇄한다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량용 제동장치에서 전원 인가시 제동 상태를 개략적으로 나타내는 도면이다. 도 6을 참조하면, 도 5 상태에서 센서부(800)가 브레이크 페달(900)의 작동을 감지하는 경우, 마스터실린더부(100)의 오일은 제8유로부(80)를 통과하여 리저버부(300)로 이동된다. 그리고, 펌프부(400)의 구동으로 리저버부(300)에서 공급되는 오일이 강제로 증압되어 휠실린더부(200)에 도달한다. 이때, 휠실린더부(200)가 목표 설정압에 도달하도록 제12밸브부(121), 제34밸브부(341), 제22밸브부(221), 제44밸브부(441)를 제어할 수 있다.
도 7은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량용 제동장치에서 자동 제동 상태를 개략적으로 나타내는 도면이다. 도 7을 참조하면, 차량 주행중 자동 제어가 실시되는 경우, 펌프부(400)의 구동으로 리저버부(300)에서 공급되는 오일이 강제로 증압되어 휠실린더부(200)에 도달한다. 이때, 휠실린더부(200)가 목표 설정압에 도달하도록 제12밸브부(121), 제34밸브부(341), 제22밸브부(221), 제44밸브부(441)를 제어할 수 있다.
도 8은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량용 제동장치에서 ABS 감압 상태를 개략적으로 나타내는 도면이다. 도 8을 참조하면, 휠실린더부(200)의 감압이 필요한 경우, 제13밸브부(131)가 제13라인부(13)를 폐쇄하고, 제14밸브부(141)가 제14라인부(14)를 폐쇄한다. 그리고, 제23밸브부(231)가 제23라인부(23)를 폐쇄하고, 제24밸브부(241)가 제24라인부(24)를 폐쇄한다. 반면, 제52밸브부(521)가 제52라인부(52)를 개방하고, 제53밸브부(531)가 제53라인부(53)를 개방하며, 제62밸브부(621)가 제62라인부(62)를 개방하고, 제63밸브부(631)가 제63라인부(63)를 개방한다. 이로 인해 휠실린더부(200)의 오일이 리저버부(300)로 이동된다.
도 9는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량용 제동장치에서 ABS 증압 상태를 개략적으로 나타내는 도면이다. 도 9를 참조하면, 제2휠실린더부(220)만 증압이 필요한 경우, 펌프부(400)의 구동으로 리저버부(300)에서 공급되는 오일이 강제로 증압되어 제2휠실린더부(220)에 도달한다. 이때, 제14밸브부(141)가 제14라인부(14)를 개방하고, 제53밸브부(531)가 제53라인부(53)를 폐쇄한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량용 제동장치(1)는 펌프부(400) 사용 효율을 증대시킬 수 있고, 맥동 진폭을 최소화할 수 있으며, 페달 시뮬레이터 기능을 구현할 수 있고, 필요한 제동 성능을 확보할 수 있다
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량용 제동장치(1)는 휠실린더부(200)의 감압시 오일이 펌프부(400)를 통과하여 리저버부(300)에 복귀하므로, 펌프부(400)의 기포 축적을 방지하여 펌프부(400) 성능을 유지시킬 수 있다.
본 발명은 도면에 도시된 실시예를 참고로 하여 설명되었으나, 이는 예시적인 것에 불과하며, 당해 기술이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호범위는 아래의 특허청구범위에 의해서 정하여져야 할 것이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 복수개의 휠실린더부 중 일부와 마스터실린더부를 연결하여 제동유압을 안내하는 제1유로부;
    복수개의 상기 휠실린더부 중 나머지와 상기 마스터실린더부를 연결하여 제동유압을 안내하는 제2유로부;
    상기 마스터실린더부와 연결되어 오일이 저장되는 리저버부와, 제동유압을 생성하고 서로 연동되어 흡입 작동과 토출 작동을 교대로 행하도록 설치된 펌프부를 연결하고, 상기 제1유로부와 연결되는 제3유로부;
    상기 리저버부와 상기 펌프부를 연결하고, 상기 제2유로부와 연결되는 제4유로부;
    상기 리저버부와 상기 제1유로부를 연결하는 제5유로부;
    상기 리저버부와 상기 제2유로부를 연결하는 제6유로부;
    상기 제1유로부와 상기 제2유로부를 선택적으로 연결할 수 있는 제7유로부; 및
    상기 제2유로부와 상기 리저버부를 연결하는 제8유로부;를 포함하고,
    유압제동 종료시
    상기 휠실린더부의 제동유압은 상기 펌프부를 통과한 후, 상기 제8유로부를 통해 상기 리저버부로 이동되며,
    상기 제1유로부는
    상기 마스터실린더부에 일단부가 연결되고, 상기 제3유로부에 타단부가 연결되며, 제11밸브부에 의해 제동유압이 조절되는 제11라인부;
    상기 제11라인부에서 연장되고, 제12밸브부에 의해 제동유압이 조절되는 제12라인부;
    상기 제12라인부와 상기 휠실린더부 중 어느 하나를 연결하고, 제13밸브부에 의해 제동유압이 조절되는 제13라인부; 및
    상기 제12라인부와 상기 휠실린더부 중 다른 하나를 연결하고, 제14밸브부에 의해 제동유압이 조절되는 제14라인부;를 포함하고,
    상기 제3유로부는
    상기 리저버부와 연결되는 제31라인부;
    상기 제31라인부와 상기 펌프부를 연결하고, 상기 제11라인부와 연결되는 제32라인부;
    상기 제31라인부와 상기 펌프부를 연결하는 제33라인부; 및
    상기 제33라인부와 상기 제12라인부를 연결하고, 제34밸브부에 의해 제동유압이 조절되는 제34라인부;를 포함하며,
    상기 제2유로부는
    상기 마스터실린더부에 일단부가 연결되고, 상기 제4유로부에 타단부가 연결되며, 제21밸브부에 의해 제동유압이 조절되는 제21라인부;
    상기 제21라인부에서 연장되고, 제22밸브부에 의해 제동유압이 조절되는 제22라인부;
    상기 제22라인부와 상기 휠실린더부 중 어느 하나와 연결되고, 제23밸브부에 의해 제동유압이 조절되는 제23라인부; 및
    상기 제22라인부와 상기 휠실린더부 중 다른 하나와 연결되고, 제24밸브부에 의해 제동유압이 조절되는 제24라인부;를 포함하고,
    상기 제4유로부는
    상기 리저버부와 연결되는 제41라인부;
    상기 제41라인부와 상기 펌프부를 연결하고, 상기 제21라인부와 연결되는 제42라인부;
    상기 제41라인부와 상기 펌프부를 연결하는 제43라인부; 및
    상기 제43라인부와 상기 제22라인부를 연결하고, 제44밸브부에 의해 제동유압이 조절되는 제44라인부;를 포함하며,
    상기 펌프부는 왕복피스톤인 제1유압펌프와 제2유압펌프, 제3유압펌프와 제4유압펌프가 하나의 구동모터에 의해 교대로 구동되고,
    상기 제1유압펌프는 상기 제32라인부와 연결되며, 상기 제2유압펌프는 상기 제33라인부와 연결되고, 상기 제3유압펌프는 상기 제42라인부와 연결되며, 상기 제4유압펌프는 상기 제43라인부와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 제동장치.

    상기 리저버부와 연결되는 제51라인부;
    상기 제51라인부와 상기 제13라인부를 연결하고, 제52밸브부에 의해 제동유압이 조절되는 제52라인부; 및
    상기 제51라인부와 상기 제14라인부를 연결하고, 제53밸브부에 의해 제동유압이 조절되는 제53라인부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 제동장치.

    상기 리저버부와 연결되는 제61라인부;

    상기 제61라인부와 상기 제24라인부를 연결하고, 제63밸브부에 의해 제동유압이 조절되는 제63라인부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 제동장치.
  8. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제8유로부는
    상기 마스터실린더부와 상기 제21밸브부 사이에 형성되는 상기 제21라인부에 일단부가 연결되고, 상기 리저버부에 타단부가 연결되는 제8라인부; 및
    상기 제8라인부에 형성되고, 상기 제8라인부이 제동유압을 조절하는 제8밸브부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 제동장치.
  9. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 펌프부는 편심 베어링에 의해 서로 연동되어 흡입 작동과 토출 작동을 교대로 행하도록 짝수개로 형성되고, 각각의 상기 펌프부는 흡입 유로와 토출 유로가 하나로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 제동장치.
  10. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 마스터실린더부에는 브레이크 페달의 작동을 감지하는 센서부가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 제동장치.
