평가 방법은 젖은 피부를 모사하기 위해 해당 돼지 피부 위에 20μL 물을 도포한 뒤, 상기 제조된 실시예 13 내지 18의 클렌징폼 제형(㈜LG생활건강의 벨먼 마이크로바이옴 캡슐 클렌징폼) 40μL을 도포하였다. 그 뒤 30초간 폴리에틸렌 소재의 스틱으로 30회 롤링한 뒤 30초간 상온에 유지시켰다. 그 후 유속이 약 1L/min인 물로 30초간 해당 표면을 세척한 뒤 30분간 37.5°C 상대습도 50%인 항온항습 챔버에 넣고 투과를 진행시켰다. 그 후 돼지 피부 및 Receptor chamber 내 남아 있는 살리실산의 함량을 측정하였다. 살리실산은 Fluorescence Spectrum 측정(Ex : 300nm, 측정 구간 : 340 ~ 510nm)을 통해 농도를 구하였으며, 400 nm에서 측정된 형광 세기를 이용하여 Calibration Curve 작성 후 해당 농도를 구하고, 농도와 추출 용매의 부피를 이용하여 살리실산의 투과량을 측정하였다. 그 결과를 표 4에 나타내었다.The evaluation method was to apply 20 μL of water on the pig skin to simulate wet skin, and then apply 40 μL of the cleansing foam formulation of Examples 13 to 18 (LG Household & Health Care's Bellman Microbiome Capsule Cleansing Foam). . The permeation amount of salicylic acid was measured using this method. The results are shown in Table 4.
