Claims (21)
- 하기 식 (I)에 의해 정의되는 SAEJ300 분류에 따른 등급을 갖는 윤활유 조성물로서:

여기서,
X는 0 또는 5를 나타내고;
Y는 4 내지 20 범위의 정수를 나타내며;
상기 윤활유 조성물은,
(a) ASTM D445 표준에 따라 100 ℃에서 측정된 동점도가 1.5 내지 8 mm2·s-1의 범위인 적어도 하나의 폴리알파올레핀 오일(polyalphaolefinic oil: PAO);
(b) 상기 윤활유 조성물의 10 내지 80 wt%를 차지하며, ASTM D445 표준에 따라 100 ℃에서 측정된 동점도가 1.5 내지 8 mm2·s-1의 범위인 적어도 하나의 그룹 V 오일; 및
(c) 3개의 펜던트 사슬(pendant chain)이 적어도 50 개의 탄소 원자를 포함하는 빗살모양 폴리머(comb polymer)로서, 적어도 하나의 폴리올레핀과 적어도 하나의 폴리(알킬)메타크릴레이트의 코폴리머, 및 적어도 하나의 폴리올레핀과 적어도 하나의 폴리(알킬)아크릴레이트의 코폴리머 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 빗살모양 폴리머;를 포함하며,
상기 그룹 V 오일은 하기 화학식 (B1)으로 표시되는 모노에스테르 및 하기 화학식 (B2)로 표시되는 폴리알킬렌글리콜(PAG) 중에서 선택되는, 윤활유 조성물:

여기서, R1은 14 내지 24개의 탄소 원자를 포함하는 선형 또는 분지형의 포화 또는 불포화 탄화수소기를 나타내고,
R2는 2 내지 18개의 탄소 원자를 포함하는 선형 또는 분지형의 포화 또는 불포화 탄화수소기를 나타내며;
<화학식 (B2)>
여기서, R3는 선형 또는 분지형의 C1-C30 알킬기를 나타내고,
m 및 n은 독립적으로 1 내지 5 범위의 평균 개수를 나타낸다. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 0W4, 0W8, 0W12, 0W16, 0W20, 5W4, 5W8, 5W12, 5W16, 및 5W20 중에서 선택된 SAEJ300 분류에 따른 등급을 갖는 윤활유 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 윤활유 조성물에 대해 ASTM D445 표준에 따라 40 ℃에서 측정된 동점도가 12 내지 30 mm2·s-1의 범위인, 윤활유 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, ASTM D445 표준에 따라 100 ℃에서 측정된 상기 PAO의 동점도가 1.5 내지 6 mm2·s-1의 범위, 또는 2 내지 8 mm2·s-1의 범위, 또는 2 내지 6 mm2·s-1의 범위인, 윤활유 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 PAO의 중량평균 분자량은 500 달톤 미만인, 또는 50 내지 500 달톤의 범위인, 또는 50 내지 350 달톤의 범위인, 또는 50 내지 300 달톤의 범위인, 윤활유 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 윤활유 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 20 내지 80 wt%의 그룹 V 오일을 포함하는 윤활유 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 빗살모양 폴리머의 펜던트 사슬은, 올레핀의 중합 또는 공중합에 의해 얻어지는, 윤활유 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 빗살모양 폴리머는, 하기 화학식 (C2)의 올레핀 모노머와 하기 화학식 (C3)의 알킬-아크릴산 에스테르 또는 알킬-메타크릴산 에스테르 모노머의 공중합에 의해 제조되는, 윤활유 조성물:

여기서,
Q3는 선형 또는 분지형 C2-C8 알킬기; C3-C8 사이클로알킬기; 또는 C6-C10 아릴기;를 나타내고,
Q4는 수소 원자 또는 메틸기를 나타내고,
L1은 부타디엔의 1,4 부가 잔기; 적어도 하나의 C1-C6 알킬기로 치환된 부타디엔의 1,4 부가 잔기; 스티렌의 비닐 부가 잔기; 또는 적어도 하나의 C1-C6 알킬기로 치환된 스티렌의 비닐 부가 잔기;를 나타내고,
L2는 부타딘에의 비닐 부가 잔기; C1-C6 알킬기로 치환된 부타디엔의 비닐 부가 잔기; 스티렌의 비닐 부가 잔기; 또는 적어도 하나의 C1-C6 알킬기로 치환된 스티렌의 비닐 부가 잔기;를 나타내고,
k 및 j는 독립적으로 0 또는 1 내지 3,000 범위의 정수를 나타내고, k와 j의 합(k+j)은 7 내지 3,000 범위의 정수와 같으며,

Q5는 수소 원자 또는 메틸기를 나타내고,
Q6는 선형 또는 분지형의 C1-C26 알킬기를 나타낸다. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 빗살모양 폴리머는, 하기 화학식 (C4)의 올레핀 모노머와 하기 화학식 (C3)의 알킬-아크릴산 에스테르 또는 알킬-메타크릴산 에스테르 모노머의 공중합에 의해 제조되는, 윤활유 조성물:

Q7은 C1-C6- 알킬기; 또는 C6-C10 아릴기;를 나타내고,
Q8은 수소 원자 또는 메틸기를 나타내고,
Q9, Q10 및 Q11은 독립적으로 수소 원자 또는 C1-C18 알킬기를 나타내고,
x, y 및 z는 독립적으로 0, 또는 1 내지 3,000 범위의 정수를 나타내고,
x, y 및 z의 합(x + y + z)은 7 내지 3,000 범위의 정수와 같으며,

Q5는 수소 원자 또는 메틸기를 나타내고,
Q6은 선형 또는 분지형의 C1-C26 알킬기를 나타낸다. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리알파올레핀 오일(PAO)(a)과 상기 그룹 V 오일(b)의 중량비(a/b)는 0.1 내지 4의 범위인, 윤활유 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 윤활유 조성물의 점도지수가 220 초과인, 윤활유 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 윤활유 조성물은 차량 엔진의 윤활을 위한, 또는, 유럽 사이클 NEDC에 따른 도시 사이클 동안의 차량 엔진의 윤활을 개선하기 위해 사용되는, 윤활유 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 윤활유 조성물은 차량 엔진의 윤활을 위한, 또는, 유럽 사이클 WLTP에 따른 도시 사이클 동안의 차량 엔진의 윤활을 개선하기 위해 사용되는, 윤활유 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 윤활유 조성물은 차량 엔진의 윤활을 위한, 또는, 유럽 사이클 ECE에 따른 냉간 사이클(cold cycle) 동안의 차량 엔진의 윤활을 개선하기 위해 사용되는, 윤활유 조성물.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 윤활유 조성물은 하이브리드 차량의 엔진의 윤활을 위해 사용되는, 윤활유 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 윤활유 조성물은 윤활유의 퓨얼 에코(Fuel Eco: FE)를 개선하기 위한, 또는, 엔진의 연료 소비를 감소시키기 위해 사용되는, 윤활유 조성물.
- 차량 엔진의 윤활을 위한, 또는, 유럽 사이클 NEDC에 따른 도시 사이클 동안의 차량 엔진의 윤활을 개선하기 위한 방법으로서, 제 1 항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 윤활유 조성물을 사용하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
- 차량 엔진의 윤활을 위한, 또는, 유럽 사이클 WLTP에 따른 도시 사이클 동안의 차량 엔진의 윤활을 개선하기 위한 방법으로서, 제 1 항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 윤활유 조성물을 사용하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
