Claims (17)
- HLA-A2(Human Leukocyte Antigen A2) 양성 환자의 암 치료용 펩타이드 조성물로서,
상기 환자는 최후 치료로서 면역관문억제제를 단독으로 또는 다른 암 치료법과 혼합으로 투여받은 환자로, 최후 치료 이후 암 진행성을 갖는 환자이며, 면역관문억제제에 대한 2차 저항을 가지는 환자이고,
상기 펩타이드 조성물은 펩타이드 aKXVAAWTLKAAa (서열번호 10, 상기 X와 a는 각각 사이클로헥실알라닌과 d-알라닌을 나타낸다) 및 RLLQETELV(서열번호 1), YLQLVFGIEV(서열번호 2), LLTFWNPPV(서열번호 3), KVFGSLAFV(서열번호 4), KLBPVQLWV(서열번호 5, 상기 B는 α-아미노아이소부틸산을 나타낸다), SMPPPGTRV (서열번호 6), IMIGHLVGV(서열번호 7), KVAEIVHFL(서열번호 8) 및 YLSGADLNL(서열번호 9)을 포함하고,
상기 펩타이드 조성물은 최후 치료를 받은 암 진행성 이후 투여되는 것이고, 및
상기 면역관문억제제는 PD-1 또는 PD-L1 억제제인, HLA-A2(Human Leukocyte Antigen A2) 양성 환자의 암 치료용 펩타이드 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 암은 비소세포성 폐암, 소세포폐암, 흑색종, 자궁암(urothelial cancer), 중피종, 유방암, 교모세포종, 1차 뇌암, 난소암, 자궁암, 자궁경부암, 두경부암, 대장암, 췌장암, 위암, 식도암, 신장암, 간세포암, 육종, 배아세포종, 백혈병, 호지킨 림프종, 림프종, 메르켈 세포암, 피부암, 고환암 및 방광암으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는, HLA-A2(Human Leukocyte Antigen A2) 양성 환자의 암 치료용 펩타이드 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 암은 비소세포성 폐암인, HLA-A2(Human Leukocyte Antigen A2) 양성 환자의 암 치료용 펩타이드 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 환자는 진행성 암을 가지는, HLA-A2(Human Leukocyte Antigen A2) 양성 환자의 암 치료용 펩타이드 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 환자는 3기, 3A기, 3B기, 3C기, 또는 4기 암을 가지는, HLA-A2(Human Leukocyte Antigen A2) 양성 환자의 암 치료용 펩타이드 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 환자는 상기 펩타이드 조성물이 투여되기 전 1차 또는 다차의 치료를 받은 환자인, HLA-A2(Human Leukocyte Antigen A2) 양성 환자의 암 치료용 펩타이드 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 펩타이드 조성물은 매 1-4주마다 투여되는, HLA-A2(Human Leukocyte Antigen A2) 양성 환자의 암 치료용 펩타이드 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 펩타이드 조성물은 2회 이상, 또는 3회 이상 투여되는, HLA-A2(Human Leukocyte Antigen A2) 양성 환자의 암 치료용 펩타이드 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 펩타이드 조성물은 면역관문억제제 단독 또는 다른 항암 요법을 혼합한 최후 치료를 수반한 암의 진행 후 1주부터 3개월의 기간동안 투여되는, HLA-A2(Human Leukocyte Antigen A2) 양성 환자의 암 치료용 펩타이드 조성물.
- 제1항에 정의된 환자의 암 치료용 면역관문억제제를 포함하는, 약학적 조성물로, 상기 환자는 면역관문억제제에 대한 2차 저항을 가지고, 상기 펩타이드 조성물 투여 후 암 진행성을 가지는 환자이고, 및 상기 면역관문억제제는 PD-1 또는 PD-L1 억제제인, 약학적 조성물.
- HLA-A2(Human Leukocyte Antigen A2) 양성 환자의 암 치료에 있어서 연속적인 투여용 면역관문억제제 및 펩타이드 조성물을 포함하는 약학적 조성물로,
상기 환자는 최후의 치료로서 면역 관문 억제제를 단독 또는 다른 항암 요법과 혼합한 치료를 받은 환자이며,
상기 펩타이드 조성물은 상기 면역관문억제제를 이용한 최후 치료 후에 투여되는 것이며,
상기 면역관문억제제는 상기 펩타이드 조성물에 의한 치료와 함께 암 진행이 발생하는 경우 투여되는 것이며,
여기에서 상기 펩타이드 조성물은 펩타이드 aKXVAAWTLKAAa (서열번호 10, 상기 X와 a는 각각 사이클로헥실알라닌과 d-알라닌을 나타낸다) 및 RLLQETELV(서열번호 1), YLQLVFGIEV(서열번호 2), LLTFWNPPV(서열번호 3), KVFGSLAFV(서열번호 4), KLBPVQLWV(서열번호 5, 상기 B는 α-아미노아이소부틸산을 나타낸다), SMPPPGTRV (서열번호 6), IMIGHLVGV(서열번호 7), KVAEIVHFL(서열번호 8) 및 YLSGADLNL(서열번호 9)을 포함하고, 및

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 면역관문 억제제는 펨브로리주맙(pembrolizumab), 니볼루맙(nivolumab), BMS936559, AMP-224, AMP-514, 아벨루맙(avelumab), 아테졸리주맙(atezolizumab) 및 더발루맙(durvalumab)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 펩타이드 조성물.
