신율 1) MD : 57% ~ 64%, 2) TD : 58% ~ 68%
이에 의해 각 층의 조성물 및 물성을 제어하여 인장강도 및 신율을 개선시켜, 우수한 성형성을 가진 셀타입 전지 파우치용 필름을 제공할 수 있다.

도 2 - 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 셀타입 전지 파우치용 필름의 제조방법에 대한 모식도.
Claims (10)
- 기재층, 금속층 및 실란트층을 포함하며,
상기 기재층은 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET, Polyethylene terephthalate)을 포함하고,
상기 금속층은 알루미늄(Al) 90~99중량부와 철(Fe) 1~2중량부를 포함하고,
상기 기재층 및 상기 금속층으로 이루어진 적층체에서 하기의 조건을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인장강도 및 신율이 개선된 셀타입 전지 파우치용 필름.

인장강도 1) MD : 110kgf/mm2 ~ 130 kgf/mm2 , 2) TD ; 120kgf/mm2 ~ 140kgf/mm2
신율 1) MD : 57% ~ 64%, 2) TD : 58% ~ 68% - 삭제

- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기재층은,
헤이즈(Haze)가 2% ~ 5%인 것을 특징으로 하는 인장강도 및 신율이 개선된 셀타입 전지 파우치용 필름. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기재층은,
MD(Machine Direction) 인장강도 230kgf/mm2 ~ 280kgf/mm2, TD(Transverse Direction) 인장강도 220kgf/mm2 ~ 260kgf/mm2인 것을 특징으로 하는 인장강도 및 신율이 개선된 셀타입 전지 파우치용 필름. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 파우치용 필름은 다중코팅방식으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인장강도 및 신율이 개선된 셀타입 전지 파우치용 필름.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 다중코팅방식은,
금속층을 형성하는 금속원단의 양측면을 제1차 및 제2차 코팅하여 표면처리하는 양면이중코팅단계와, 상기 표면처리된 금속원단의 양측면에 접착제를 도포하는 제3차 코팅단계 및 상기 접착제가 도포된 금속원단의 양측면에 실란트층 및 기재층을 각각 합지하는 합지단계를 포함하여 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인장강도 및 신율이 개선된 셀타입 전지 파우치용 필름. - 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 양면이중코팅단계는,
금속원단의 일측표면은 다이렉트코팅(Direct coating) 및 RKC(Reverse Kiss Coating) 겸용 방식으로 수계 및 용제계 코팅액을 도포하는 제1차 코팅을 수행하고,
금속원단의 다른 일측표면은 RKC 및 필름업다운코팅(Film up/down coating) 방식으로 코팅액을 도포하는 제2차 코팅을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인장강도 및 신율이 개선된 셀타입 전지 파우치용 필름. - 제 8항에 있어서,
상기 양면이중코팅단계와 제3차 코팅단계 사이에,
양측표면이 코팅처리된 금속원단을 플로팅방식으로 건조하여 물성을 안정화시키는 물성안정화 건조단계;
건조된 금속원단을 냉각시키는 냉각단계; 및
냉각된 금속원단의 표면을 검사하는 표면검사단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인장강도 및 신율이 개선된 셀타입 전지 파우치용 필름.
