Claims (18)
- 자동차용 부품(1)으로서, 상기 부품(1)은 섬유 강화 플라스틱으로 이루어진 중공 프로파일 섹션(2) 및 금속 재료로 이루어진 하중 도입 요소(3)를 구비하고, 중공 프로파일 섹션(2)과 하중 도입 요소(3)는 공통 연결 섹션(4) 내에서 분리 불가능한 접착식 플러그인 연결부(5)를 통해 서로 연결되며, 이 연결부에서는 하중 도입 요소(3)의 단부 섹션(6)과 중공 프로파일 섹션(2)의 단부 섹션(7)이 서로 적어도 실질적으로 형상 결합 방식으로 맞물리는, 자동차용 부품에 있어서,
상기 부품이 자동차용 섀시 링크(1)로서 형성되고, 하중 도입 요소(3)의 단부 섹션(6)이 적어도 실질적으로 공통 연결 섹션(4)의 길이 방향(9)으로 연장되는 톱니들(10)을 갖는 플러그인 치형부(8)를 구비함으로써, 하중 도입 요소(3)의 단부 섹션(6)의 강성이 공통 연결 섹션(4)의 길이 방향(9)으로 감소하며,

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 하중 도입 요소(3)의 단부 섹션(6)이 연결 섹션(4)의 길이 방향(9)에 수직으로 연장되는 동시에, 적어도 부분적으로, 교차하는 관통 홈들(15)에 의해 격자 형태로 관통되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차용 부품(1).
- 제3항에 있어서, 관통 홈들(15)은 연결 섹션(4)의 길이 방향(9)으로 적어도 부분적으로 직선 코스에서 벗어나는 연장부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차용 부품(1).
- 제3항에 있어서, 연결 섹션(4)의 길이 방향(9)에 대해 수직으로 연장되는 관통 홈들(15)이 제1 방향(16)으로는 일정한 폭을 갖고, 제1 방향(16)에 대해 수직으로 연장되는 제2 방향(17)으로는 가변적인 폭을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차용 부품(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중공 프로파일 섹션(2)을 향하고 연결 섹션(4)의 길이 방향(9)에 대해 수직인, 톱니(10)의 자유 단부(19)가 최소 단면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차용 부품(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중공 프로파일 섹션(2)을 향하는 톱니(10)의 자유 단부(19)가, 연결 섹션(4)의 길이 방향(9)으로 하중 도입 요소(3)의 단부 섹션(6)의 강성을 더욱 감소시키기 위해, 오목하게 형성되고 중공 프로파일 섹션(2) 쪽으로 개방된 단부측 절개부(23)를 적어도 부분적으로 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차용 부품(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 플러그인 치형부(8)의 톱니들은, 이들 톱니(10)가 하중 도입 요소(3)의 중실 재료부로 넘어가는 톱니 뿌리(18)에서, 연결 섹션(4)의 길이 방향(9)으로 하중 도입 요소(3)의 단부 섹션(6)의 강성을 더욱 감소시키기 위해, 적어도 부분적으로 좁아지는 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차용 부품(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 플러그인 치형부(8)의 하나 이상의 톱니(10)가 그 길이 연장부에 걸쳐 중공 프로파일 섹션(2) 쪽으로 가면서 계속 좁아지는 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차용 부품(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 하중 도입 요소(3)는 복수의 중공 프로파일 섹션(2)의 복수의 단부 섹션(7)을 수용하기 위한 복수의 플러그인 톱니형 단부 섹션(6)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차용 부품(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 플러그인 치형부(8)의 모든 톱니(10)가 각각, 적어도 실질적으로 연결 섹션(4)의 길이 방향(9)으로 연장되며 가공되지 않은 2개의 종방향 측면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차용 부품(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 하중 도입 요소(3)는, 프로파일 종방향(13)으로 연장되며 가공되지 않은 외측 주연면 및 내측 주연면 중 적어도 하나를 갖는 프로파일 섹션으로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차용 부품(1).
- 제12항에 있어서, 제1 하중 도입 요소(3)가 제1 프로파일 종방향(13)을 갖고, 제2 하중 도입 요소(3')는 제1 프로파일 종방향(13)과 상이한 제2 프로파일 종방향(13')을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차용 부품(1).
- 제12항에 있어서, 적어도 실질적으로 연결 섹션(4)의 길이 방향(9)으로 연장되는 톱니들(10)을 갖는 하중 도입 요소(3)의 플러그인 치형부(8)가, 하중 도입 요소(3)의 프로파일 종방향(13)에 대해 90도에서 벗어나는 각도(α)로 연장되는 관통 홈들(15)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차용 부품(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중공 프로파일 섹션(2)이 다중 챔버 프로파일 섹션으로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차용 부품(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중공 프로파일 섹션(2)은, 단면으로 볼 때, 굽힘 강도 및 비틀림 강도 및 좌굴 강도 중 적어도 하나를 증가시키기 위해, 외측으로 돌출하는 하나 이상의 리브(22)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차용 부품(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중공 프로파일 섹션(2)이, 단면으로 볼 때, 자신의 외측 주연면 및 내측 주연면 중 적어도 하나로부터 돌출하는 좁은 비대부(28)를 구비하며, 이 비대부에 의해 하중 도입 요소(3)의 단부 섹션(6)과 중공 프로파일 섹션(2)의 단부 섹션(7)이 정의된 대로 최소 간격으로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차용 부품(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 연결 섹션(4) 내부에서 2개의 톱니(10) 사이의 하나 이상의 공간이 오직 접착제(11)로만 채워지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차용 부품(1).
