Claims (13)
- 컨트롤러가 차량으로부터 확보 가능한 출력값에 의해 냉시동조건을 만족하는지 판단하는 냉시동판단단계;
컨트롤러가 상기 냉시동조건을 만족하는 것으로 판단시, 가솔린과 에탄올이 혼합된 혼합연료 내의 에탄올 함량을 검출하는 검출단계; 및
컨트롤러가 엔진 크랭킹시, 엔진회전수가 초폭회전수에 도달할 때까지 상기 혼합연료 내의 에탄올 함량에 따라 MPI(Multi-Point Injection)분사모드와, MPI분사와 GDI(Gasoline Direct Injection)분사를 병행하는 MPI & GDI분사모드와, GDI분사모드 중 하나의 분사모드를 선택하여 혼합연료를 분사하도록 제어하는 제1분사제어단계;를 포함하고,
상기 제1분사제어단계 이후에,
엔진회전수와 엔진토크의 관계로 결정되는 부하영역 별로 상기 MPI분사모드와, MPI & GDI분사모드와, GDI분사모드 중 하나의 연료분사모드를 선택하여 혼합연료를 분사하도록 제어하는 제2분사제어단계;를 더 포함하며,

상기 MPI분사시, 흡기행정 초기의 피스톤 상사점을 기준으로 엔진회전수와 엔진토크의 관계로 결정되는 부하영역에 따라 연료분사시기를 소정 각도만큼 진각 또는 지각하여 분사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합연료 분사 제어방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 GDI분사모드로 1단분사시, 흡기행정에서의 피스톤 상사점을 기준으로 지각방향의 90°구간 내에서 소정 각도동안 연료를 분사하고;
상기 GDI분사모드로 2단 분할분사시, 제1분사는 흡기행정에서의 피스톤 상사점을 기준으로 지각방향의 90°구간 내에서 소정 각도동안 연료를 분사하고, 제2분사는 압축행정에서의 피스톤 하사점과 피스톤 상사점 사이의 중심 부분에서 소정 각도동안 연료를 분사하며;
상기 GDI분사모드로 3단 분할분사시, 제1분사와 제2분사는 흡기행정에서의 피스톤 상사점을 기준으로 지각방향의 100°구간 내에서 소정 각도동안 연료를 간헐적으로 분사하고, 제3분사는 압축행정에서의 피스톤 하사점과 피스톤 상사점 사이의 중심 부분에서 소정 각도동안 연료를 분사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합연료 분사 제어방법.
