Claims (5)
- 풍력발전시설 구성품의 디지털 모델을 이용하여 풍력발전설비를 모델링하되, 풍력발전시설의 구성품에 대한 디지털 모델을 저장하는 데이터베이스를 포함하고, 상기 데이터베이스는 디지털 모델이 모사한 실제 구성품의 가격 정보를 함께 저장하도록 하는 디지털화부;
풍력발전시설에서 각 부품의 동작에 따른 특성을 검출하는 검출부;
상기 검출부의 검출결과를 상기 디지털화부의 모델링 결과에 적용하여 시뮬레이션을 수행하고, 현재 풍향 및 풍속에서 로터 회전 속도 기준값에 대하여 현재 풍향 및 풍력에 따른 로터의 회전 속도의 백분율을 구하여 블래이드를 포함하는 로터의 효율을 구함과 아울러 로터의 회전에 따른 저속 샤프트와 고속 샤프트 각각의 회전 속도를 기준 속도에 대한 백분율을 구하여 각각의 효율을 구하고, 저속 샤프트와 고속 샤프트의 효율을 이용하여 트랜스미션의 효율을 산출하는 성능 검출부;
상기 성능 검출부의 검출 결과를 설치후 2년 내지 3년이 경과한 풍력발전시설의 실제 성능의 평균인 표준 풍력발전시설의 성능과 대비하여 평가를 수행하여 부품의 교체 또는 시설의 해체를 판단하는 성능 평가부;
상기 성능 평가부에서 부품의 해체로 판단된 경우, 해당 시설의 규모를 평가하여 해체 작업의 종류와 이전의 국내 및 해외 사례를 확인하여 해체 작업에 필요한 기간 및 비용을 추정하되, 해체 작업에 필요한 비용은 총 비용에서 상기 데이터베이스에 저장된 가격 정보를 이용하여 재활용 가능한 구성품의 감가상각된 가격을 감안하여 추정하는 해체 작업 평가부;
상기 성능 평가부의 부품 교체시 소요되는 비용 및 성능 개선 정도를 상기 성능 검출부를 통해 입력받고, 상기 해체 작업 평가부의 해체 작업 비용과 비교하여 경제성에 따라 부품의 교체 또는 해체를 결정하는 해체 결정부;
상기 해체 결정부에서 풍력발전시설을 해체하는 것으로 결정한 경우 재활용 가능한 구성품의 목록을 작성하고, 풍력발전시설의 해체 과정에서 실제 구성품의 재활용 상황을 입력받아 재활용이 정확하게 이루어졌는지 확인하는 재활용 관리부; 및
상기 해체 결정부에서 풍력발전시설을 해체하는 것으로 결정한 경우 폐기되는 구성품의 목록을 작성하고, 풍력발전시설의 해체 과정에서 실제 구성품의 폐기 과정을 입력받아 적절성을 평가하는 폐기 관리부를 포함하는 풍력발전시설의 해체 및 재활용 관리 시스템.
