Abstract
Description

Claims (28)
- 다음을 포함하는 오염방지 물품:
폴리우레탄; 및
상기 오염방지 물품의 0.1 중량% 이상이고 상기 폴리우레탄의 중합체 매트릭스 내에 존재하는 메데토미딘, 또는 그의 거울상 이성질체 또는 염, 여기서 상기 오염방지 물품은 다음에 의해 수득가능함:
메데토미딘, 또는 상기 그의 거울상 이성질체 또는 염, 및 용매를 혼합하여 메데토미딘 용액을 형성하는 것;
상기 메데토미딘 용액을 분자 당 적어도 두 개의 이소시아네이트 기를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 이소시아네이트 및 적어도 하나의 폴리올과 반응시켜 폴리우레탄을 형성하는 것, 여기서 상기 메데토미딘, 또는 상기 그의 거울상 이성질체 또는 염은 상기 중합체 매트릭스 내에 존재함; 및
상기 폴리우레탄을 상기 오염방지 물품 내로 형성시키는 것, 여기서 상기 메데토미딘, 또는 상기 그의 거울상 이성질체 또는 염은 상기 오염방지 물품의 적어도 0.1 중량%로 존재함. - 제 1항에 있어서, 여기서 메데토미딘, 또는 상기 그의 거울상 이성질체 또는 염, 및 상기 용매의 혼합은 메데토미딘, 또는 그의 거울상 이성질체 또는 염, 및 디올, 폴리올, 디아민, 폴리아민, 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 용매의 혼합을 포함하는 오염방지 물품.
- 제 1 또는 2항에 있어서, 여기서 메데토미딘, 또는 상기 그의 거울상 이성질체 또는 염, 및 상기 용매의 혼합은 메데토미딘, 또는 상기 그의 거울상 이성질체 또는 염, 및 상기 메데토미딘 용액과 상기 적어도 하나의 이소시아네이트 및 상기 적어도 하나의 폴리올의 반응에서 사슬 연장제 및/또는 가교결합제로서 사용되는 용매의 혼합을 포함하는 오염방지 물품.
- 제 1 또는 2항에 있어서, 여기서 메데토미딘, 또는 상기 그의 거울상 이성질체 또는 염, 및 상기 용매의 혼합은 메데토미딘, 또는 상기 그의 거울상 이성질체 또는 염을, 상기 용매 내에 용해시켜, 상기 메데토미딘 용액의 0.1 내지 20 중량%의 메데토미딘, 또는 상기 그의 거울상 이성질체 또는 염을 포함하는 상기 메데토미딘 용액을 형성하는 것을 포함하는 오염방지 물품.
- 제 1 또는 2항에 있어서, 여기서 상기 메데토미딘 용액을 반응시키는 것은 상기 메데토미딘 용액을 메틸렌 디페닐 디이소시아네이트 (MDI) 및 적어도 하나의 폴리올과 반응시켜 폴리우레탄을 형성하는 것을 포함하는 오염방지 물품.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 여기서 상기 메데토미딘 용액을 반응시키는 것은 상기 메데토미딘 혼합물을 MDI 및 적어도 하나의 폴리에테르 폴리올, 적어도 하나의 폴리에스테르 폴리올 또는 적어도 하나의 폴리에테르 폴리올 및 적어도 하나의 폴리에스테르 폴리올의 혼합물과 반응시키는 것을 포함하는 오염방지 물품.
- 제 1 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 오염방지 물품의 0.1 내지 2 중량%인 메데토미딘, 또는 상기 그의 거울상 이성질체 또는 염을 포함하는 오염방지 물품.
- 제 1 또는 2항에 있어서, 여기서 상기 오염방지 물품은 다음으로 이루어지는 오염방지 물품:
폴리우레탄;
상기 오염방지 물품의 0.1 중량% 이상이고 상기 중합체 매트릭스 내에 존재하는 메데토미딘, 또는 상기 그의 거울상 이성질체 또는 염;
임의로 적어도 하나의 안료;
임의로 메데토미딘, 또는 상기 그의 거울상 이성질체 또는 염 이외의 적어도 하나의 살생물제; 및
임의로 적어도 하나의 제어-방출제,
여기서 메데토미딘, 또는 상기 그의 거울상 이성질체 또는 염 및/또는 상기 적어도 하나의 임의의 메데토미딘, 또는 상기 그의 거울상 이성질체 또는 염 이외의 살생물제는 임의로 적어도 부분적으로 상기 적어도 하나의 제어-방출제에 결합됨.
- 제 1 또는 2항에 있어서, 여기서 상기 오염방지 물품은 오염방지 코팅, 오염방지 필름 및 오염방지 페인트로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 오염방지 물품.
- 제 1 또는 2항에 있어서, 여기서 상기 오염방지 물품은 굽힘 보강재, 굽힘 제한재, 해변 범퍼, 펜더, 및 계선 장비로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 오염방지 물품.
- 다음을 포함하는 오염방지 물품을 제조하는 방법:
메데토미딘, 또는 그의 거울상 이성질체 또는 염, 및 용매를 혼합하여 메데토미딘 용액을 형성하는 것;
상기 메데토미딘 용액을 분자 당 적어도 두 개의 이소시아네이트 기를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 이소시아네이트 및 적어도 하나의 폴리올과 반응시켜 폴리우레탄을 형성하는 것, 여기서 상기 메데토미딘, 또는 상기 그의 거울상 이성질체 또는 염은 상기 폴리우레탄의 중합체 매트릭스 내에 존재함; 및
상기 폴리우레탄을 상기 오염방지 물품 내로 형성시키는 것, 여기서 상기 메데토미딘, 또는 상기 그의 거울상 이성질체 또는 염은 상기 오염방지 물품의 적어도 0.1 중량%으로 존재함.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 여기서 상기 오염방지 물품 내로 상기 폴리우레탄을 형성시키는 것은 다음을 포함하는 방법:
상기 메데토미딘 용액, 상기 적어도 하나의 이소시아네이트 및 상기 적어도 하나의 폴리올의 혼합물을 표면상으로 분무하여 코팅, 필름 또는 페인트를 형성하는 것; 및
상기 표면 상에서 상기 코팅, 상기 필름 또는 상기 페인트를 경화시켜 상기 오염방지 물품을 형성하는 것.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 여기서 상기 폴리우레탄을 상기 오염방지 물품 내로 형성시키는 것은 다음을 포함하는 방법:
상기 메데토미딘 용액, 상기 적어도 하나의 이소시아네이트 및 상기 적어도 하나의 폴리올의 혼합물을 몰드 내에서 몰딩 또는 주조하는 것; 및
상기 몰드 내 상기 혼합물을 경화시켜 상기 오염방지 물품을 형성하는 것.
- 오염방지 물품을 제조하기 위한 키트, 상기 키트는 다음으로 이루어짐:
적어도 하나의 폴리올;
분자 당 적어도 두 개의 이소시아네이트 기를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 이소시아네이트;
용매;
상기 오염방지제의 적어도 0.1 중량%의 메데토미딘의 농도를 달성하기에 충분한 양인 메데토미딘, 또는 그의 거울상 이성질체 또는 염;
임의로 촉매;
임의로 적어도 하나의 사슬 연장제 및/또는 가교결합제;
임의로 적어도 하나의 건조제;
임의로 적어도 하나의 안료;
임의로 메데토미딘 이외의 적어도 하나의 살생물제, 또는 상기 그의 거울상 이성질체 또는 염; 및
임의로 적어도 제어-방출제.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 메데토미딘, 또는 상기 그의 거울상 이성질체 또는 염, 및 메데토미딘, 또는 상기 그의 거울상 이성질체 또는 염을 포함하는 메데토미딘 용액을 형성하기에 충분한 양인 상기 용매를 포함하고, 상기 용매는, 상기 메데토미딘 용액의 0.1 내지 20 중량%, 또는 상기 그의 거울상 이성질체 또는 염을 포함하는 키트.
