Description

Claims (20)
- 스위치 조립체에서 용접된 접점을 분리시키는 방법으로서,
해머 타격(hammer blow)을 제공하여 스위치의 접점들을 개방시키도록 액추에이터에 명령하는 단계;
상기 스위치를 통한 전류의 연속성을 검출함으로써 상기 접점들이 용접되고 그리고 상기 해머 타격에 응답하여 개방되지 않았음을 결정하는 단계; 및
제2 해머 타격을 제공하도록 상기 액추에이터에 명령하는 단계
를 포함하는, 용접된 접점을 분리시키는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 해머 타격은 상기 스위치의 상기 접점들을 개방시키도록 상기 액추에이터에 명령하기 전에 상기 스위치의 상기 접점들을 폐쇄하도록 상기 액추에이터에 먼저 명령하는 것을 포함하는, 용접된 접점을 분리시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 해머 타격은 상기 액추에이터를 기계적으로 작동시키는 것을 포함하는, 용접된 접점을 분리시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액추에이터는 전자기 작동식 액추에이터이고, 상기 접점들을 개방시키도록 명령하는 것은 상기 액추에이터를 전자기적으로 작동시키는 것을 포함하는, 용접된 접점을 분리시키는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 접점들을 폐쇄하도록 명령하는 것은 상기 액추에이터를 전기적으로 작동시키는 것을 포함하는, 용접된 접점을 분리시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 스위치를 통한 전류의 연속성을 검출함으로써 상기 접점들이 용접되고 그리고 상기 제2 해머 타격에 응답하여 개방되지 않았음을 결정하는 단계; 및
제3 해머 타격을 제공하도록 상기 액추에이터에 명령하는 단계
를 더 포함하는, 용접된 접점을 분리시키는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스위치는 중전압 전력 분배 네트워크(medium voltage power distribution network)에서 사용하기 위한 단상 자가 전력식 자기 작동식 리클로저(single-phase self-powered magnetically actuated recloser)인, 용접된 접점을 분리시키는 방법.
- 중전압 전력 분배 네트워크에서 사용하기 위한 단상 자가-전력식 자기 작동식 결함 차단 스위치(single-phase, self-powered magnetically actuated fault interrupting switch)로서,
고정 접점과 이동 접점을 구비한 진공 인터럽터(vacuum interrupter)로서, 상기 이동 접점은 상기 이동 접점을 개방 위치로부터 폐쇄 위치로 그리고 상기 폐쇄 위치로부터 상기 개방 위치로 구동시키도록 작동 가능한 전자기 액추에이터에 결합된, 상기 진공 인터럽터;
상기 진공 인터럽터에 결합된 센서로서, 결함 상태를 나타내는 신호를 제공하도록 작동 가능한, 상기 센서;
상기 센서 및 상기 전자기 액추에이터에 결합된 제어기로서, 상기 이동 접점을 상기 개방 위치로부터 상기 폐쇄 위치로 그리고 상기 폐쇄 위치로부터 상기 개방 위치로 이동시키는 명령 신호를 상기 전자기 액추에이터에 제공하도록 구성된, 상기 제어기
를 포함하되,
상기 제어기는, 결함 상태를 나타내는 신호에 응답하여, 해머 타격을 통해서 상기 이동 접점을 개방시키라는 명령을 상기 전자기 액추에이터에 제공하도록 더 구성되고;
상기 제어기는, 상기 결함 상태를 나타내는 신호에 기초하여 상기 해머 타격 후에 상기 고정 접점과 상기 이동 접점이 함께 용접되는 것을 결정하도록 더 구성되고;
상기 제어기는, 상기 고정 접점과 상기 이동 접점이 함께 용접된 것에 응답하여, 제2 해머 타격을 통해서 상기 이동 접점을 개방시키도록 상기 전자기 액추에이터에 명령하도록 더 구성되는, 스위치. - 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제어기는 상기 결함 상태를 나타내는 신호에 기초하여 상기 제2 해머 타격 후에 상기 고정 접점과 상기 이동 접점이 함께 용접되는 것을 결정하도록 더 구성되고;
상기 제어기는, 상기 고정 접점과 상기 이동 접점이 함께 용접된 것에 응답하여, 제3 해머 타격을 통해서 상기 이동 접점을 개방시키도록 상기 전자기 액추에이터에 명령하도록 더 구성되는, 스위치. - 삭제
