Claims (5)
- 탈황석고 100 중량부에 대하여,
플라이애쉬(fly ash) 40 내지 70 중량부;
페이퍼애쉬 10 내지 40 중량부;
고로 슬래그(slag) 10 내지 40 중량부;
불소계 첨가제 15 내지 55 중량부; 및
수용성 고분자 10 내지 40 중량부로 이루어지는, 사면안정재 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탈황석고는 산화칼슘 함량이 50 중량% 이상이며, 황산화물 함량이 10 중량% 이상인, 사면안정재 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 플라이애쉬는 산화칼슘 함량이 60 중량% 이상의 고칼슘 플라이애쉬인, 사면안정재 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 불소계 첨가제는 테트라플루오로에틸렌-헥사플루오로프로필렌 공중합체(FEP), 테트라플루오로 에틸렌-플루오로알킬비닐에테르 공중합체(PFA), 트리플루오로에틸렌-에틸렌 공중합체(ETFE), 테트라플루오로에 틸렌-헥사플루오로프로필렌-비닐리덴플루오라이드 삼원공중합체(THV), 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌(PTFE), 폴리불화비닐리덴(PVdF) 및 폴리클로로트리플루오로에틸렌(PCTFE)로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상을 포함하는, 사면안정재 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 수용성 고분자는 폴리비닐 알코올(polyvinyl alcohol, PVA), 폴리비닐 피롤리돈(polyvinyl pyrrolidone, PVP), 폴리에틸렌옥사이드(polyethylene oxide, PEO), 카르복시메틸 셀룰로오스(carboxyl methyl cellulose, CMC), 전분(starch) 및 폴리아크릴산(polyacrylic acid, PAA)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상을 포함하는, 사면안정재 조성물.
