Claims (6)
- 메소페이즈 소구체(小球體) 소성물을 분쇄하는 분쇄 공정과,
상기 분쇄 공정에서 얻어진 분쇄물을, 규소 원소 및 철 원소의 존재하에서 흑연화하는 흑연화 공정과,
상기 흑연화 공정에서 얻어진 흑연화물을 해쇄(解碎)하는 해쇄 공정으로 이루어지는 흑연 재료의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 흑연 재료의 평균 입자경이 10㎛ 이상, 15㎛ 이하, d002가 0.3360㎚ 이하, BET법에 의한 비표면적이 3㎡/g 이상, 5㎡/g 이하, 수은 압입법으로 측정되는 0.1㎛ 미만의 세공 용적이 10μL/g 이상, 20μL/g 이하인 흑연 재료의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 분쇄물의 평균 입자경이 10㎛ 이상, 15㎛ 이하인 흑연 재료의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 규소 원소의 첨가량이 상기 분쇄물 100질량부에 대하여 1질량부 이상, 5질량부 이하이고,
상기 철 원소의 첨가량이 상기 분쇄물 100질량부에 대하여 1질량부 이상, 5질량부 이하인 흑연 재료의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 해쇄 공정이 메카노케미컬 처리로 이루어지는 흑연 재료의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 흑연 재료가 리튬 이온 2차 전지의 부극 재료인 흑연 재료의 제조 방법. - 삭제
