Claims (7)
- 강판; 및
NBR(Nitrile butadiene rubber) 40 내지 60 중량부, 충전재 20 내지 25 중량부, PVC(polyvinyl chloride) 5 내지 20 중량부, 폴리플루오르에틸렌 10 내지 15 중량부, 디아미노디페닐메탄 5 내지 10 중량부, 이소부틸렌 이소프렌고무 1 내지 2 중량부, 아디핀산에스테르 1 내지 2 중량부, 발포제 3 내지 5 중량부, 발포촉진제 5 내지 10 중량부, 윤활제 5 내지 10 중량부 및 세라믹입자 1 내지 5 중량부를 포함하여 제조되는 단열소재층;을 포함하되,
상기 강판 및 상기 단열소재층은 접착필름을 통해 부착되고,
상기 발포제는 중탄산나트륨, 칼슘 아자이드, 바륨 아자이드, p-톨루엔술포닐 하이드라자이드(TSH) 및 아조비스 이소부티로 니트릴(azobis isobutyro nitrile)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나이고,
상기 강판에 부착된 상태로 상기 단열소재층이 가열 발포되는, 단열 복합 패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 가열 발포는,
80 내지 100℃의 열을 3 내지 10분간 가해주는 단계; 및
110 내지 150℃의 열을 30초 내지 5분간 표면에 가해주는 단계;를 포함하여 수행되는, 단열 복합 패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 강판 및 상기 단열소재층 사이에 섬유성 구조체로 형성되는 보강층을 더 포함하는, 단열 복합 패널.
- 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 보강층은 재생 펄프 섬유 50 내지 70 중량부, 폴리에스테르 섬유 10 내지 20 중량부, 폴리염화비닐리덴 섬유 5 내지 10 중량부, 붕산 10 내지 15 중량부 및 붕사 1 내지 10 중량부로 포함하는, 단열 복합 패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 단열소재층이 외부로 노출되는 면에 페놀 수지, 멜라민 수지, 난연성 우레탄 수지 및 난연성 에폭시 수지로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나를 포함하는 코팅층이 형성되는, 단열 복합 패널.
- 강판의 일 면에 접착 필름을 부착시키는 단계;
상기 접착 필름 위로 NBR(Nitrile butadiene rubber) 40 내지 60 중량부, 충전재 20 내지 25 중량부, PVC(polyvinyl chloride) 5 내지 20 중량부, 폴리플루오르에틸렌 10 내지 15 중량부, 디아미노디페닐메탄 5 내지 10 중량부, 이소부틸렌 이소프렌고무 1 내지 2 중량부, 아디핀산에스테르 1 내지 2 중량부, 발포제 3 내지 5 중량부, 발포촉진제 5 내지 10 중량부, 윤활제 5 내지 10 중량부 및 세라믹입자 1 내지 5 중량부를 포함하여 제조되는 단열소재층을 부착시키는 단계;를 포함하되,
상기 발포제는 중탄산나트륨, 칼슘 아자이드, 바륨 아자이드, p-톨루엔술포닐 하이드라자이드(TSH) 및 아조비스 이소부티로 니트릴(azobis isobutyro nitrile)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나이고,
상기 단열소재층은 미발포상태로 상기 강판에 부착되는, 단열 복합 패널의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 단열 복합 패널을 현장에 설치하는 단계;
상기 단열 복합 패널의 단열소재층 표면에 80 내지 100℃의 열을 3 내지 10분간 가해주는 단계; 및
상기 단열소재층 표면에 110 내지 150℃의 열을 30초 내지 5분간 가해주는 단계;를 포함하는, 단열 복합 패널의 시공방법.
