Claims (10)
- 바실루스 (Bacillus) 속 세균의 다단계의 액체 배양 공정에 있어서, 최종단보다 앞의 단에서 항생 물질을 함유하는 액체 배지에서 세균을 배양하고, 최종단에서 항생 물질 농도를 당해 앞의 단보다 저하시켜 배양하는 공정을 포함하는, 바실루스 (Bacillus) 속 세균 균체의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 항생 물질이, 스트렙토마이신, 린코마이신 및 클로람페니콜로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 종류 이상이고, 상기 최종단보다 앞의 단의 액체 배지에 있어서의 항생 물질의 농도가 1.0 ∼ 90 ppm 이며, 최종단에 있어서의 항생 물질의 농도를, 항생 물질의 최대 농도의 1/10 이하로 하고, 바실루스 (Bacillus) 속 세균이, 바실루스·서브틸리스 (Bacillus subtilis) 인, 바실루스 (Bacillus) 속 세균 균체의 제조 방법.
