Claims (8)
- 질량%로,
C: 0.07% 이상 0.20% 이하,
Si: 0.24% 이상 2.0% 이하,
Mn: 0.8% 이상 3.0% 이하,
P: 0.100% 이하(0%를 포함함),
S: 0.0100% 이하(0%를 포함함),
Al: 0.010% 이상 2.00% 이하,
N: 0.010% 이하(0%를 포함함),
Ti: 0.02% 이상 0.16% 미만,
B: 0.0003% 이상 0.0100% 이하를 함유하고, 잔부 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지는 성분 조성과,
합계 면적률로 90% 이상의 하부 베이나이트상 및/또는 템퍼링 마르텐사이트상을 주상으로 하고, 또한, 당해 주상의 평균 입경이 10.0㎛ 이하이고, Fe계 석출물 중의 Fe량이 질량%로 0.70% 이하인 강 조직을 갖고,
표면의 산술 평균 거칠기(Ra)가, 2.50㎛ 이하이고,
인장 강도 TS가 1180㎫ 이상이고, 구멍 확장률 λ가 50% 이상, 균열이 발생하지 않는 최소의 굽힘 반경을 한계 굽힘 반경 R(㎜)로 하여, R을 열연 강판의 판두께 t(㎜)로 나눈 R/t값이 3.5이하, 취성 연성 파면 전이 온도 vTrs가 -40℃ 이하인 고강도 열연 강판. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 성분 조성은, 추가로, 질량%로, 이하의 (A) 내지 (D) 중 적어도 하나를 함유하는 고강도 열연 강판.
(A) Cr: 0.01% 이상 2.0% 이하, Mo: 0.01% 이상 0.50% 이하, Cu: 0.01% 이상 0.50% 이하 및 Ni: 0.01% 이상 0.50% 이하 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상
(B) Nb: 0.001% 이상 0.060% 이하 및 V: 0.01% 이상 0.50% 이하 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종
(C) Sb: 0.0005% 이상 0.0500% 이하
(D) Ca: 0.0005% 이상 0.0100% 이하, Mg: 0.0005% 이상 0.0100% 이하 및 REM: 0.0005% 이상 0.0100% 이하 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상 - 제1항에 있어서,
표면에, 도금층을 갖는 고강도 열연 강판. - 제2항에 있어서,
표면에, 도금층을 갖는 고강도 열연 강판. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 고강도 열연 강판의 제조 방법으로서,
강 소재를 1150℃ 이상으로 가열하고,
당해 가열 후의 강 소재를 조압연하고,
당해 조압연 후에 행하는 마무리 압연 전에, 충돌압이 2.5㎫ 이상의 조건으로 고압수 디스케일링하고,
당해 고압수 디스케일링 후의 강판을, RC 온도를 식 (1)로 정의했을 때, 마무리 압연 종료 온도가 (RC-200℃) 이상 (RC+50℃) 이하의 조건으로 마무리 압연하고,
당해 마무리 압연 종료 후에 냉각을 개시하고, Ms 온도를 식 (2)로 정의했을 때에 냉각 정지 온도가 200℃ 이상 Ms 온도 이하, 평균 냉각 속도가 20℃/s 이상 49℃/s 이하, 상기 마무리 압연 종료 온도가 RC 이상인 경우에는 상기 마무리 압연 종료에서 냉각 개시까지의 시간이 2.0s 이내의 조건으로 냉각하고,
상기 냉각 정지 온도에서, 냉각 후의 강판을 권취하고,
당해 권취 후, 강판을 평균 냉각 속도가 20℃/s 미만, 냉각 정지 온도가 100℃ 이하의 조건으로 냉각하는 고강도 열연 강판의 제조 방법.
RC(℃)=850+100×C+100×N+10×Mn+700×Ti+5000×B+10×Cr+50×Mo+2000×Nb+150×V ···식 (1)
Ms(℃)=560-470×C-33×Mn-24×Cr-17×Ni-20×Mo ···식 (2)
여기에서, 식 (1) 및 식 (2)에 있어서의 각 원소 기호는, 각 원소의 강 중의 함유량(질량%)이다. 포함하지 않는 원소의 경우는, 식 중의 원소 기호를 0으로하여 계산한다. - 제5항에 있어서,
추가로, 강판의 표면에 도금 처리를 실시하는 고강도 열연 강판의 제조 방법.
