Claims (10)
- 표시영역과 상기 표시영역 외곽의 비표시영역을 구비하는 기판;
화소전극과 공통전압전극을 포함하여 구성되는 화소로서, 상기 표시영역에 배치되는 복수의 제1화소들 및 상기 비표시영역에 배치되는 복수의 제2화소들;
상기 제1화소들의 공통전압전극이 전기적으로 연결되어 구성되는 터치전극; 및
상기 화소전극과 상기 공통전압전극을 포함하는 상기 제2화소들의 공통전압전극이 전기적으로 연결되어 구성되며 상기 표시영역을 둘러싸는 차폐전극
을 포함하는 터치 일체형 표시패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 공통전압전극과 상이한 레이어에 위치하며, 터치구동회로와 상기 터치전극을 전기적으로 연결시키는 제1구동배선 및 상기 터치구동회로와 상기 차폐전극을 전기적으로 연결시키는 제2구동배선을 더 포함하는 터치 일체형 표시패널. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제2화소들의 외곽에서 상기 제2구동배선과 동일한 레이어에 위치하며 상기 터치구동회로와 전기적으로 연결되는 제3구동배선을 더 포함하는 터치 일체형 표시패널. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제1구동배선, 상기 제2구동배선 및 상기 제3구동배선에는 위상이 동기화된 신호가 공급되는 터치 일체형 표시패널. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 제1구동배선, 상기 제2구동배선 및 상기 제3구동배선에는 동일한 터치구동신호가 공급되는 터치 일체형 표시패널. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 터치구동회로는 상기 제1구동배선에 대해서만 터치구동신호에 대한 반응신호를 수신하여 처리하는 터치 일체형 표시패널. - 제2항에 있어서,
인접하여 배치되되 상호 이격된 두 개의 제2화소는 상기 제2구동배선에 의해 상호 전기적으로 연결되는 터치 일체형 표시패널. - 표시영역에 배치되는 복수의 제1화소들 및 비표시영역에 배치되는 복수의 제2화소들, 상기 제1화소들의 공통전압전극이 전기적으로 연결되어 구성되는 터치전극, 및 화소전극과 공통전압전극을 포함하는 상기 제2화소들의 공통전압전극이 전기적으로 연결되어 구성되며 상기 표시영역을 둘러싸는 차폐전극을 포함하는 표시패널; 및
상기 터치전극 및 상기 차폐전극으로 터치구동신호를 공급하는 터치구동회로
를 포함하는 터치 일체형 표시장치. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 터치구동회로는 위상이 동기화된 터치구동신호를 상기 터치전극 및 상기 차폐전극으로 공급하는 터치 일체형 표시장치. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 터치구동회로는 상기 터치전극 및 상기 차폐전극 중 상기 터치전극에 대해서만 반응신호를 수신하여 처리하는 터치 일체형 표시장치.
