도5는 피동 부재의 일 실시예 및 그에 해당하는 피동부재의 자속 밀도의 3차원 묘사를 도시한다.
도 6은 도5의 피동 부재를 지향하는 비접촉식 센서의 일 실시예를 도시한다.
도7 내지 도11은 레벨 센더의 다른 일 실시예를 도시한 사시도이다.
도12는 연료 탱크 및 비접촉식 레벨 센더의 일 부분을 도시한 사시 단면도이다.

Claims (15)
- 탱크용의 레벨 센더로서,
중심축을 한정하는 비접촉 센서를 포함하는 센서 장치;
상기 중심축에 정렬된 길이 방향 축을 가지는 자석을 포함하여, 상기 자석이 상기 중심축을 중심으로 축방향으로 회전하도록 구성되는 피동 부재로서, 상기 센서 장치는 상기 피동 부재의 축방향으로 회전된 위치에 기초하여 상기 탱크 내의 액체의 수위를 판정하도록 구성된, 피동 부재; 및
구동 부재, 스위블 및 부유체를 포함하는 부유 조립체
를 포함하고,
상기 부유 조립체는
상기 중심축과 평행하게 배치되는 하나 또는 그 이상의 가이드 또는 가이드 로드; 및
상기 부유 조립체의 주위에 부분적으로 연장되는 하프 파이프(half-pipe)로서 구성되는 가드 또는 배플;
을 더 포함하고,
상기 구동 부재는 상기 중심축을 중심으로 상기 피동 부재를 축방향으로 회전시키도록 구성되고, 제1단에서 상기 자석과 직접 결합되고 제2단에서 상기 스위블과 결합되며,
상기 부유체는 축방향으로 연장되는 구동 통로를 구비하는 몸체를 포함하고, 상기 몸체는 상기 구동 부재의 회전을 구동하기 위하여 상기 중심축에 정렬된 길이 방향 축을 따라 위아래로 이동하고,
상기 센서 장치를 가지는 캐리어가 상기 탱크의 외부에 분리가능하게 부착되고, 상기 부유 조립체를 가지는 피동 부재는 상기 탱크의 내부에 제공되고 상기 캐리어에 정렬되어 상기 피동 부재가 상기 센서 장치에 근접하게 되는, 레벨 센더. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 센서 장치는 비접촉식 전위차계인 레벨 센더. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 스위블은 상기 탱크의 내측 표면에 고정되고, 상기 구동 부재의 회전을 허용하도록 구성되는 레벨 센더. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 피동 부재는 직경형 마그넷이고, 상기 직경형 마그넷의 축단이 상기 비접촉 센서와 대향하는, 레벨 센더. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 부유체의 몸체는
상기 중심축과 평행한 축방향으로 연장되는, 적어도 하나의 가이드 통로
를 더 포함하는 레벨 센더. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 피동 부재는 상기 센서 장치의 기 설정된 근접거리 이내에서 축 방향으로 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레벨 센더. - 제1항에 있어서,
탱크 벽은 상기 센서 장치를 가지는 캐리어와 상기 피동 부재 사이에서 연속적으로 연장되는, 레벨 센더. - 삭제
