Description
도 2는 실시형태에 따른 사이클론 장치의 내부 구조를 상방으로부터 본 도면이다.
도 3은 실시형태에 따른 사이클론 시스템을 도시하는 개략도이다.
도 4는 실시형태에 따른 사이클론 장치에 도입하는 압축 공기의 도입량과 사이클론 수율의 관계를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 5는 실시형태에 따른 사이클론 장치에 있어서의 제 1 도입관의 굴곡의 유무와 사이클론 수율의 관계를 나타내는 도면이다.
Claims (9)
- 원통형상의 상부 몸통체와 역원추형상의 하부 몸통체를 갖는 사이클론 본체와,
상기 상부 몸통체의 상연부를 덮고 중앙부에 개구부를 갖는 천정판과,
분체가 포함된 제 1 유체를 상기 상부 몸통체의 내벽면을 따라서 도입하는 제 1 도입관과,
상기 제 1 도입관의 상방에 있어서 상기 상부 몸통체의 상기 천정판으로부터 이격된 위치에 기밀적으로 접속되며, 미리 압축된 제 2 유체를 도입하는 제 2 도입관과,
상기 사이클론 본체의 연직 중심축을 따라서 상기 천정판의 상기 개구부에 삽입되며, 상기 사이클론 본체 내로부터 배기류를 상승시켜 상기 사이클론 본체로부터 배출하는 배기관과,
상기 사이클론 본체 내에 있어서 상기 제 1 유체 및 상기 제 2 유체의 선회 운동에 의해 분리된 분체를 포집하는 포집부를 포함하고,
상기 제 2 도입관은 복수 배치되고,
상기 제 2 유체는, 상기 사이클론 본체의 연직 중심축과 직교하는 방향을 따르는 방향에 있어서 상기 상부 몸통체의 내벽면의 접선과 평행한 방향으로 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는
사이클론 장치. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 도입관은 소정의 곡률로 굴곡하는 굴곡부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는
사이클론 장치. - 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 도입관으로부터 도입되는 상기 제 2 유체는 상기 제 1 도입관으로부터 도입되는 상기 제 1 유체보다 빠른 속도로 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는

- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 기재된 사이클론 장치를 이용하여 분체를 분급하는 분급 방법에 있어서,
상기 제 2 도입관으로부터 도입되는 상기 제 2 유체의 압력을 조정하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는
분급 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 기재된 사이클론 장치를 이용하여 분체를 분급하는 분급 방법에 있어서,
상기 제 2 도입관으로부터 도입되는 상기 제 2 유체의 유량을 조정하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는
