Abstract
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 열간가공성이 우수한 고강도 오스테나이트계 스테인리스강은, 중량%로, C: 0.01 내지 0.035%, Si: 0.5% 이하, Mn: 0.5 내지 1.5%, Cr: 17 내지 22%, Ni: 6 내지 11%, Mo: 1% 이하, Cu: 1% 이하, N: 0.1 내지 0.22%, 나머지 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고, 하기 식 (1)의 값이 1.9 이상이거나, 크롬 질화물의 석출온도가 하기 식 (2)로 표현되는 값 이하를 만족한다.
(1) 3×(Cr+Mo) + 5×Si - 2×Ni - Mn - 70×(C+N) - 27
(2) 1180 + 36×C + 12×Mo + 17×Cu + 411×N - 35×Mn
Description
또한, 스테인리스강의 고강도화를 위해 첨가하는 N의 경우 CrN상의 생성온도를 증가시키고, 생성온도의 증가는 열간 압연 시 CrN상의 잔류로 열간 가공성을 저하시킨다. 열간 압연 시 열간가공성이 저화될 경우, 제품의 표면에 크랙이 발생해 품질이 저하되는 것으로 알려져 있다. 통상 오스테나이트계 스테인리스강은 응고시 소량의 델타 페라이트를 형성시켜 열간 크랙 발생을 방지할 수 있다.
따라서 본 발명은 탄소와 질소가 증가되더라도 열간가공성의 저하가 없는 범위를 도출하고, 더불어 CrN상의 석출 온도와의 관계를 고려하여, 높은 강도 및 표면 결함 발생이 적어 표면 품질이 우수한 스테인리스강 및 이의 제조방법을 제공하고자 한다.

- 중량%로, C: 0.01 내지 0.035%, Si: 0.5% 이하(0은 제외), Mn: 0.5 내지 1.5%, Cr: 17 내지 22%, Ni: 6 내지 11%, Mo: 1% 이하, Cu: 1% 이하(0은 제외), N: 0.1 내지 0.22%, B: 0.005% 이하(0은 제외), 나머지 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고,
하기 식 (1)의 값이 1.9 이상이거나, 크롬 질화물의 석출온도가 하기 식 (2)로 표현되는 값 이하를 만족하는 열간가공성이 우수한 고강도 오스테나이트계 스테인리스강.
(1) 3×(Cr+Mo) + 5×Si - 2×Ni - Mn - 70×(C+N) - 27
(2) 1180 + 36×C + 12×Mo + 17×Cu + 411×N - 35×Mn
(여기서, Cr, Mo, Si, Ni, Mn, C, N, Cu은 각 원소의 함량(중량%)을 의미한다.) - 제1항에 있어서,
표면 크랙 개수가 단위 미터(m)당 0.3개 이하인 열간가공성이 우수한 고강도 오스테나이트계 스테인리스강. - 제1항에 있어서,
경도가 190 Hv 이상인 열간가공성이 우수한 고강도 오스테나이트계 스테인리스강. - 제1항에 있어서,
중량%로, P: 0.05% 이하, S: 0.01% 이하, Al: 0.1% 이하, Ti: 0.01% 이하를 포함하는 열간가공성이 우수한 고강도 오스테나이트계 스테인리스강.
