- 폴리프로필렌 필름의 제조 방법으로서,
캐스트 원반 시트를 제작하는 공정과,
상기 캐스트 원반 시트를 세로 연신하는 공정과,
세로 연신 후의 필름을 155℃∼172℃로 예열하는 공정과,
예열 후의 필름을 가로 연신하는 공정을 포함하고,
얻어지는 폴리프로필렌 필름은
식 I을 만족하고, 또한 두께가 1.0㎛∼19㎛이고,
상기 식 I은,
31.5≤융해 엔탈피/√결정자 사이즈≤33.0
이며,
상기 식 I에 있어서, 상기 융해 엔탈피의 단위는 J/g이고, 상기 결정자 사이즈의 단위는 ㎚이며,
상기 결정자 사이즈는, 광각 X선 회절법으로 측정한 α정(040)면의 반사 피크의 반값폭으로부터 Scherrer의 식을 이용하여 구해지는 폴리프로필렌 필름의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리프로필렌 필름은
식 II를 추가로 만족하고,
상기 식 II는,
176≤융점+50/결정자 사이즈
이며,
상기 식 II에 있어서, 상기 융점의 단위는 ℃이고, 상기 결정자 사이즈의 단위는 ㎚인 폴리프로필렌 필름의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리프로필렌 필름은
콘덴서용인 폴리프로필렌 필름의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리프로필렌 필름은
제1 폴리프로필렌 수지를 주성분으로서 함유하고,
상기 제1 폴리프로필렌 수지의 수평균 분자량 Mn이 30000 이상 54000 이하이며,
상기 제1 폴리프로필렌 수지의 중량 평균 분자량 Mw가 25만 이상 35만 미만이고,
상기 제1 폴리프로필렌 수지에 있어서의 Mw의 Mn에 대한 비가 5.0 이상 10.0 이하인 폴리프로필렌 필름의 제조 방법. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리프로필렌 필름은
상기 제1 폴리프로필렌 수지의 헵탄 불용분이 97.0% 이상 98.5% 이하이며,
상기 제1 폴리프로필렌 수지의 멜트 플로우 레이트가 4.0g/10분 이상 10.0g/10분 이하인 폴리프로필렌 필름의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항의 폴리프로필렌 필름의 제조 방법에 의해 얻어진 폴리프로필렌 필름의 편면 또는 양면에 금속층을 적층하는 공정을 갖는 금속층 일체형 폴리프로필렌 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항의 금속층 일체형 폴리프로필렌 필름의 제조 방법에 의해 얻어진 금속층 일체형 폴리프로필렌 필름을 권회하는 공정, 또는, 제 6 항의 금속층 일체형 폴리프로필렌 필름의 제조 방법에 의해 얻어진 금속층 일체형 폴리프로필렌 필름을 복수 적층하는 공정을 갖는 필름 콘덴서의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리프로필렌 필름은
120℃ 직류 전압에 있어서의 절연 파괴 강도(VDC120℃)가 510V/㎛ 이상 600V/㎛ 이하이고,
결정자 사이즈가 12.5㎚ 이하이며,
두께가 1.0∼3.0㎛이고,
융해 엔탈피가 105∼122J/g인 폴리프로필렌 필름의 제조 방법.
