Claims (6)
- 촉매층 제조방법에 있어서,
균질크기의 촉매물질(100)을 준비하는 제1준비단계(S100);
유체로 형성된 유동물질(200)을 준비하는 제2준비단계(S200);
상기 제2준비단계(S200) 후, 상기 유동물질 및 상기 촉매물질을 혼합하여 혼합물(300)을 형성하는 혼합단계(S300);
상기 혼합단계(S300) 후, 혼합물을 피막층(400)을 형성하는 도포단계(S400);
상기 도포단계(S400) 후, 유동물질을 제거하는 건조단계(S500);를 포함하고,
상기 제2준비단계(S200) 또는 혼합단계(S300) 중, 용매(500)를 첨가하는 첨가단계(S310);를 포함하며,
상기 유동물질은 물(210)과 알코올(220)이 혼합하여 형성되는 것;을 포함하고,
상기 촉매물질은 금속산화물로 형성되되, 상기 금속산화물은 메탈옥사이드(metal oxide), 메탈하이드록사이드(metal hydroxide), 메탈하이드로클로라이드(metal hydrochloride) 중 선택된 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 조합으로 형성되는 것;을 포함하고,
상기 첨가단계(S310)에서의 첨가물은 솔벤트로 형성하되, 상기 솔벤트는 NMP(n-methylpyrollidone), DMAc(dimethylacetamide), GBL(Gamma-Butyrolactone), DMF(Dimethylformamide), DMSO(Dimethylformamide) 중 선택된 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 조합으로 형성되는 것;을 포함하는 촉매층 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1준비단계는 촉매물질의 친수화하는 친수화단계(S130);를 포함하는 촉매층 제조방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 친수화단계 전 또는 동시에, 나노유체를 제조하는 나노유체 제조단계(S140)
를 포함하는 촉매층 제조방법.
- 촉매층에 있어서,
청구항 1, 3 및 4 중 선택된 어느 하나의 제조방법으로 제조된 촉매층(20).
- 바이폴라멤브레인에 있어서,
박판형태의 제1멤브레인층(10);
상기 제1멤브레인층 일면에 부착되며, 청구항 1의 제조방법으로 제작된 촉매층(20);
상기 촉매층 일면에 부착되는 제2멤브레인층(30);
을 포함하는 바이폴라멤브레인.
