도 1b는 동 실시 형태에 관한 방향성 전자 강판의 구조를 모식적으로 도시한 도면이다.
도 2는 동 실시 형태에 관한 방향성 전자 강판을 모식적으로 도시한 도면이다.
도 3은 동 실시 형태에 관한 방향성 전자 강판의 모재 강판의 표면에 대해 모식적으로 도시한 도면이다.
도 4는 동 실시 형태에 관한 모재 강판의 표면에 있어서의 오목부의 깊이에 대해 설명하는 도면이다.
도 5는 동 실시 형태에 관한 방향성 전자 강판의 제조 방법의 흐름의 일례를 도시한 흐름도이다.

Claims (5)
- 질량%로,
C: 0.010% 이하,
Si: 2.50 내지 4.00%,
Mn: 0.050 내지 1.000%,
S+Se: 합계로 0.005% 이하,
Sol.Al: 0.005% 이하,
N: 0.005% 이하,
Bi+Te+Pb: 합계로 0 내지 0.0300%,
Sb: 0 내지 0.50%,
Sn: 0 내지 0.50%,
Cr: 0 내지 0.50%,
Cu: 0 내지 1.0%
를 함유하고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불순물로 이루어지는 화학 조성을 갖는 모재 강판과,
상기 모재 강판의 표면 상에 마련된 장력 부여성 절연 피막을
구비하고,
상기 모재 강판의 상기 표면에 있어서, 압연 방향에 대해 직각의 방향인 압연 90°방향에 따른 산술 평균 조도(Ra)가 0.60㎛ 이하이고,
상기 압연 90°방향을 따라 상기 모재 강판의 단면을 관찰했을 때, 상기 모재 강판의 상기 표면에 깊이 0.1㎛ 이상 2.0㎛ 이하인 오목부가, 1.0개/100㎛ 이상, 6.0개/100㎛ 이하 존재하는,
방향성 전자 강판. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모재 강판은, 상기 화학 조성으로서,
Bi+Te+Pb: 합계로 0.0005 내지 0.0300%,
를 함유하는, 방향성 전자 강판. - 질량%로, C: 0.020 내지 0.100%, Si: 2.50 내지 4.00%, Mn: 0.050 내지 1.000%, S+Se: 합계로 0.005 내지 0.080%, Sol.Al: 0.010 내지 0.070%, N: 0.005 내지 0.020%, Bi+Te+Pb: 합계로 0 내지 0.0300%, Sb: 0 내지 0.50%, Sn: 0 내지 0.50%, Cr: 0 내지 0.50%, Cu: 0 내지 1.0%를 함유하고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불순물로 이루어지는 강편을 가열한 후에 열간 압연하고, 열연 강판을 얻는 열간 압연 공정과,
임의로, 상기 열연 강판을 어닐링하고, 열연 어닐링 강판을 얻는 열연판 어닐링 공정과,
상기 열연 강판 또는 상기 열연 어닐링 강판에 대해, 1회의 냉간 압연, 또는 중간 어닐링을 사이에 두는 복수의 냉간 압연을 실시하고, 냉연 강판을 얻는 냉간 압연 공정과,
상기 냉연 강판에 대해 탈탄 어닐링을 실시하고, 탈탄 어닐링 강판을 얻는 탈탄 어닐링 공정과,
상기 탈탄 어닐링 강판에 대해 어닐링 분리제를 도포한 후에, 마무리 어닐링을 실시하는 마무리 어닐링 공정과,
상기 마무리 어닐링 공정 후의 강판 표면의 판 폭 방향 전체에 대해, 하기 식 (1)을 만족시키는 조건에서 웨트 블라스트에 의해 표면 가공을 실시하는 표면 가공 공정과,
상기 표면 가공 공정 후의 상기 강판 표면에 장력 부여성 절연 피막을 형성하는 절연 피막 형성 공정을
포함하고,
상기 어닐링 분리제는, MgO와 Al2O3을 주성분으로 하여, 상기 MgO와 상기 Al2O3과의 질량비인 MgO:Al2O3이 3:7 내지 7:3의 범위 내이며, 또한, 비스무트 염화물을 0.5 내지 15질량% 함유하고,
상기 탈탄 어닐링 공정에서는, 500℃ 이상 600℃ 미만의 온도 영역에 있어서의 승온 속도 S1(℃/초)과, 600℃ 이상 700℃ 이하의 온도 영역에서의 승온 속도 S2(℃/초)가, 이하의 식 (2) 내지 식 (4)를 각각 만족시키는,
방향성 전자 강판의 제조 방법.
0.15≤(S×c×ρ)/(6×v×W)≤3.00 : 식 (1)
300≤S1≤1000 : 식 (2)
1000≤S2≤3000 : 식 (3)
1.0<S2/S1≤10.0 : 식 (4)
여기서, 상기 식 (1)에 있어서,
S: 상기 웨트 블라스트에 사용되는 슬러리의 유량(L/분)
c: 상기 웨트 블라스트에 사용되는 연마제의 농도(체적%)
ρ: 상기 웨트 블라스트에 사용되는 상기 연마제의 밀도(kg/㎥)
v: 상기 슬러리가 토출되는 노즐과 강판과의 상대 속도(㎜/초)
W: 상기 슬러리가 토출되는 상기 노즐의 폭(㎜)
이다. - 제3항에 있어서, 상기 강편은, 상기 화학 조성으로서,
Bi+Te+Pb: 합계로 0.0005 내지 0.0300%
