상기 폴리이미드 수지 조성물이 제2 디아민; 방향족 테트라카르복실릭 디안하이드라이드; 및 유기용매를 더 포함하는 폴리이미드 수지. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제1 디아민과 상기 제2 디아민의 총 몰수를 기준으로, 상기 제1 디아민과 상기 제2 디아민의 혼합비율이 3:7 내지 7:3 몰비인 폴리이미드 수지. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제1 디아민 및 상기 제2 디아민의 총 몰수(a) 대 상기 방향족 테트라카르복실릭 디안하이드라이드의 몰수(b)의 비(a:b)가 1 내지 1.05 : 1인 폴리이미드 수지. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 폴리이미드 수지 조성물이 무기필러를 더 포함하는 폴리이미드 수지. - 제7항에 있어서,
121 ℃의 온도 및 2 기압의 압력에서 10 시간 동안 방치 후 ASTM D2861 규격으로 접착력 평가 시 접착력이 1.1 kgf/㎝ 이상을 나타내는 폴리이미드 수지. - 제1 금속층;
상기 제1 금속층 상에 구비되는 수지층; 및
상기 수지층 상에 구비되는 제2 금속층을 포함하고,
