도 2는 본 발명에 따른 전기 차량용 변속기의 1단 변속 모드의 동력 전달 계통도이다.

Claims (6)
- 제1 모터;
상기 제1 모터로부터 제1 입력축을 통해 입력되는 회전 동력을 감속하여 출력축을 통해 출력하는 저속기어부;
제2 모터;
상기 저속기어부의 기어열 일측에 결합되어 상기 제2 모터로부터 제2 입력축을 통해 입력되는 회전 동력을 상기 저속기어부의 상기 기어열에 인가하여 상기 출력축으로 회전 동력을 가속하여 출력하는 동력전환부; 및
상기 동력전환부의 제2 입력축 일측에 설치되어 상기 제2 모터로부터 제2 입력축을 통해 입력되는 회전 동력을 선택적으로 외부로 인출하도록 허용하는 동력인출부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량용 변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 저속기어부는,
상기 제1 모터에 연결되어 정역 회전이 가능한 제1 입력축;
상기 제1입력축에 결합되는 제1 입력기어;
상기 제1 입력기어와 치합되는 제1 동력전달기어;
상기 제1 동력전달기어로부터 전달되는 회전 동력으로부터 토크 및 회전 속도를 변경시켜 외부로 출력시키는 유성기어기구; 및
상기 유성기어기구에 결합되어 바퀴에 회전 토크를 전달하는 출력축을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량용 변속기.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 유성기어기구는,
상기 제1 동력전달기어가 결합되는 제1 동력전달축의 단부에 설치되는 선기어;
상기 선기어와 치합되도록 상기 선기어의 외주면에 배치되는 복수의 유성기어;
상기 유성기어의 각 중심축을 연결하는 캐리어; 및
상기 유성기어의 외측 기어이와 치합되도록 내측 기어이가 배치되는 동시에 외주면에 외측 기어이가 배치되는 링기어;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량용 변속기.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 동력전환부는,
상기 제2 모터의 제2 입력축에 결합되며, 상기 동력인출부로 회전 동력을 전달하는 제2 입력기어;
상기 제2 입력기어에 나란하게 설치되며 상기 유성기어기구의 상기 링기어의 외측 기어이에 치합되어 상기 제2 모터의 회전 동력을 상기 출력축으로 전달하기 위한 제2 동력전달기어;
상기 제2 입력축 상의 상기 제2 입력기어와 상기 제2 동력전달기어 사이에 설치되며, 상기 제2 모터의 회전 동력이 제2 동력전달기어에 전달되지 않도록 동력 전달을 단속하는 제1 클러치; 및
상기 제2 입력축의 후단에 설치되며, 상기 제2 입력축을 고정시켜 상기 유성기어기구의 상기 링기어에 전달되는 부하를 상기 동력전환부로 인가되는 것을 차단시키는 제2 클러치;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량용 변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 동력인출부는 상기 동력전환부의 상기 제2 모터로부터 상기 제2 입력축을 통해 입력되는 회전 동력이 PTO 출력축으로 선택적으로 전달되도록 싱크로나이저 기구가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량용 변속기.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 싱크로나이저 기구는,
상기 제2 입력축 상에 고정되는 제2 입력기어와 치합하는 PTO 기어;
상기 PTO 출력축 상에 배치되며 상기 PTO 기어의 회전 동력에 의해 프리휠 회전 상태로 회전 가능한 싱크로나이저;
상기 PTO 출력축에 스플라인 결합되는 PTO 허브; 및
상기 PTO 허브와 상기 싱크로나이저를 따라 축방향으로 이동하면서 상기 PTO 허브와 상기 싱크로나이저에 삽입되어 동기화되는 PTO 슬리브;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 차량용 변속기.
