Abstract
본 발명은 제직된 아라미드 직물에 호제를 부여해 주기 때문에 제직전 아라미드 원사에 호제를 부여해 주는 방법과 비교시 제직 중 호제탈락으로 인한 제직효율 저하를 효과적으로 방지할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 아라미드 직물의 표면 및 내부에 수계 폴리우레탄 수지를 부착 및 함침시켜 주기 때문에 폴리우레탄 매트릭스 수지와의 접착성이 향상되고, 아라미드 직물내 아라미드 원사들의 집속성이 높아져 아라미드 직물의 인장강도가 향상된다.
또한, 본 발명은 바스켓 조직으로 아라미드 직물을 제직하기 때문에 아라미드 직물의 치밀성이 낮아져 폴리우레탄 매트릭스 수지와의 젖음성(Wetting property)이 좋아져 결과적으로는 아라미드 직물과 폴리우레탄 매트릭스 수지 간의 접착력이 향상된다.
그로 인해, 본원발명의 아라미드 직물/열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지 복합재는 자동차 범퍼 등과 같이 내충격성이 요구되는 자동차 부품 소재 또는 전자부품소재 등으로 유용하다.

Claims (22)
- (i) 아라미드 원사를 경사 및 위사로 사용하여 바스켓 조직의 아라미드 직물을 제직하는 제직 공정; 및
(ii) 제직된 아라미드 직물을 호제인 수계 폴리우레탄 수지와 물로 이루어진 호제액에 침지(Dipping)한 후, 압착(Squeezing) 및 건조하여 상기 아라미드 직물에 호제를 부착 및 함침시키면서 아라미드 직물의 표면 및 내부에 부착 및 함침된 수계 폴리우레탄 수지의 함량을 아라미드 직물의 표면 및 내부에 부착 및 함침된 수계 폴리우레탄 수지의 중량과 수계 폴리우레탄 수지가 부착 및 함침되기 이전인 아라미드 직물의 중량을 더한 총중량 대비 1~8중량%로 조절해주는 호제처리 공정;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 매트릭스 수지와의 접착성 및 인장강도가 우수한 아라미드 직물의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 아라미드 직물을 2×2 바스켓 조직으로 제직하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 매트릭스 수지와의 접착성 및 인장강도가 우수한 아라미드 직물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아라미드 직물의 표면 및 내부에 부착 및 함침된 수계 폴리우레탄 수지의 함량을 아라미드 직물의 표면 및 내부에 부착 및 함침된 수계 폴리우레탄 수지의 중량과 수계 폴리우레탄 수지가 부착 및 함침되기 이전인 아라미드 직물의 중량을 더한 총중량 대비 2~6중량%로 조절해주는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 매트릭스 수지와의 접착성 및 인장강도가 우수한 아라미드 직물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 호제액을 이루는 호제인 수계 폴리우레탄 수지와 호제액을 이루는 물의 중량비율이 1.8~2.2 : 1인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 매트릭스 수지와의 접착성 및 인장강도가 우수한 아라미드 직물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 호제 처리 공정에서 호제액에 침지 처리된 아라미드 직물을 1~2kgf/㎠의 압력으로 압착해 주는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 매트릭스 수지와의 접착성 및 인장강도가 우수한 아라미드 직물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 호제 처리공정에서 압착 처리된 아라미드 직물을 110~130℃의 온도에서 3~5분 동안 건조시켜 주는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 매트릭스 수지와의 접착성 및 인장강도가 우수한 아라미드 직물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경사 및 위사로 사용되는 아라미드 원사의 섬도는 1,000~3,000데니어인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 매트릭스 수지와의 접착성 및 인장강도가 우수한 아라미드 직물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아라미드 직물의 경사밀도 및 위사밀도 각각은 10~20본/인치인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 매트릭스 수지와의 접착성 및 인장강도가 우수한 아라미드 직물의 제조방법.
- 아라미드 원사인 경사 및 위사가 바스켓 조직으로 제직된 구조를 갖고, 수계 폴리우레탄 수지가 아라미드 직물의 표면 및 내부에 부착 및 함침되어 있고, 아라미드 직물의 표면 및 내부에 부착 및 함침된 상기 수계 폴리우레탄 수지의 함량은 아라미드 직물의 표면 및 내부에 부착 및 함침된 수계 폴리우레탄 수지의 중량과 수계 폴리우레탄 수지가 부착 및 함침되기 이전인 아라미드 직물의 중량을 더한 총중량 대비 1~8중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 매트릭스 수지와의 접착성 및 인장강도가 우수한 아라미드 직물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 아라미드 직물은 2×2 바스켓 조직으로 제직되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 매트릭스 수지와의 접착성 및 인장강도가 우수한 아라미드 직물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 경사 및 위사인 아라미드 원사는 섬도가 1,000~3,000데니어인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 매트릭스 수지와의 접착성 및 인장강도가 우수한 아라미드 직물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 아라미드 직물의 경사밀도 및 위사밀도 각각은 10~20본/인치인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 매트릭스 수지와의 접착성 및 인장강도가 우수한 아라미드 직물.
- 제9항에 있어서, ASTM D 3039 방법으로 측정한 인장강도가 19,000~21,000N/5㎝인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 매트릭스 수지와의 접착성 및 인장강도가 우수한 아라미드 직물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 아라미드 직물의 표면 및 내부에 부착 및 함침된 상기 수계 폴리우레탄 수지의 함량은 아라미드 직물의 표면 및 내부에 부착 및 함침된 수계 폴리우레탄 수지의 중량과 수계 폴리우레탄 수지가 부착 및 함침되기 이전인 아라미드 직물의 중량을 더한 총중량 대비 2~6중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 매트릭스 수지와의 접착성 및 인장강도가 우수한 아라미드 직물.
- (i) 아라미드 원사인 경사 및 위사가 바스켓 조직으로 제직된 구조를 갖고, 호제인 수계 폴리우레탄 수지가 표면 및 내부에 부착 및 함침된 아라미드 직물 및 (ii) 상기 아라미드 직물 내에 함침되어 미경화 또는 반경화 상태로 있는 폴리우레탄 매트릭스 수지;로 구성되며, 아라미드 직물의 표면 및 내부에 부착 및 함침된 상기 수계 폴리우레탄 수지의 함량은 아라미드 직물의 표면 및 내부에 부착 및 함침된 수계 폴리우레탄 수지의 중량과 수계 폴리우레탄 수지가 부착 및 함침되기 이전인 아라미드 직물의 중량을 더한 총중량 대비 1~8중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 아라미드 직물 프리프레그.
- (i) 아라미드 원사인 경사 및 위사가 바스켓 조직으로 제직되어 있으며 수계 폴리우레탄 수지가 표면 및 내부에 부착 및 함침된 2매 이상의 아라미드 직물; 및 (ii) 상기 아라미드 직물 내부 및 아라미드 직물들 사이에 함침되어 있는 열가소성 폴리우레탄 매트릭스 수지;로 구성되며, 아라미드 직물의 표면 및 내부에 부착 및 함침된 상기 수계 폴리우레탄 수지의 함량은 아라미드 직물의 표면 및 내부에 부착 및 함침된 수계 폴리우레탄 수지의 중량과 수계 폴리우레탄 수지가 부착 및 함침되기 이전인 아라미드 직물의 중량을 더한 총중량 대비 1~8중량%이고, ISO-6603 방법으로 측정한 피크포스(Peak force)가 18,000N 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 아라미드 직물/열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지 복합재.
- 제16항에 있어서, ASTM D 3039 방법으로 측정한 인장강도가 600Mpa 이상이고, 인장탄성율이 25Gpa 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 아라미드 직물/열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지 복합재.
- 제16항에 있어서, 두께가 2.0~2.2㎜이고, 상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄 메트릭스 수지의 함량이 30~45중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 아라미드 직물/열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지 복합재.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 아라미드 직물은 2×2 바스켓 조직으로 제직되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 아라미드 직물/열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지 복합재.
- 제16항에 있어서, 경사 및 위사인 아라미드 원사는 섬도가 1,000~7,000데니어인 것을 특징으로 하는 아라미드 직물/열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지 복합재.
- 제16항에 있어서, 아라미드 직물의 경사밀도 및 위사밀도 각각은 10~20본/인치인 것을 특징으로 하는 아라미드 직물/열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지 복합재.
- 제16항에 있어서, 아라미드 직물의 표면 및 내부에 부착 및 함침된 상기 수계 폴리우레탄 수지의 함량은 아라미드 직물의 표면 및 내부에 부착 및 함침된 수계 폴리우레탄 수지의 중량과 수계 폴리우레탄 수지가 부착 및 함침되기 이전인 아라미드 직물의 중량을 더한 총중량 대비 2~6중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 아라미드 직물/열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지 복합재.
