Claims (8)
- 평균 두께가 300㎛ 이하인 폴리에틸렌계 수지 필름에 의하여 형성된 주머니에 폴리실리콘 파쇄물이 충전되어 있는 폴리실리콘 패키지에 있어서,
상기 주머니는 저부에 히트 시일(Seal) 접합부를 갖고 있고, 해당 저부를 접지면으로 하고, 주머니의 충전용 개구를 위로 한 정립(正立) 상태에서, 하기 식에 의해 산출되는 주머니의 최대 신장률이 5% 이하가 되도록 상기 폴리실리콘 파쇄물이 충전되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리실리콘 패키지.
최대 신장률(%)=((L2-L1)/L1)×100
(식 중, L1은, 주머니에 폴리실리콘 파쇄물이 충전되어 있지 않은 상태에서의 주머니의 공동부의 내주 길이를 나타내고, L2는, 폴리실리콘 파쇄물이 충전되고 충전용 개구가 히트 시일에 의하여 폐쇄되어 히트 시일 접합부가 형성된 상태에서의 최대 신장을 나타내는 부분에서의 주머니의 내주 길이를 나타낸다.) - 제1항에 있어서, 해당 저부에 대향하는 상부에도 히트 시일 접합부를 갖고 있고, 해당 상부의 히트 시일 접합부가 충전용 개구를 폐쇄한 것인 폴리실리콘 패키지.
- 제2항에 있어서, 폴리실리콘 파쇄물을 충전하기 전의 상기 주머니의 내주 길이 L1에 대한, 해당 주머니 내에 충전되어 있는 폴리실리콘 파쇄물의 적재 높이 h의 비(h/L1)가 0.1 이상인 폴리실리콘 패키지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리실리콘 파쇄물의 평균 최대 피스 길이가 5 내지 150㎜인 폴리실리콘 패키지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주머니를 형성하고 있는 폴리에틸렌계 수지 필름은 5N 이상의 찌르기 강도(JIS-Z1707)를 갖고 있는 폴리실리콘 패키지.
- 제1항에 기재된 폴리실리콘 패키지가, 폴리에틸렌계 수지 필름으로 이루어지는 외측 주머니에 봉입되어 있는 폴리실리콘 이중 패키지.
- 평균 두께가 300㎛ 이하인 폴리에틸렌계 수지 필름에 의하여 형성되고, 주머니의 저부에 히트 시일 접합부를 갖는 주머니에 폴리실리콘 파쇄물을 충전할 때, 해당 저부를 접지면으로 하고, 주머니의 충전용 개구를 위로 하여 정립 상태로 유지하고, 해당 충전용 개구로부터, 하기 식에 의해 산출되는 주머니의 최대 신장률이 5% 이상으로 되지 않도록 폴리실리콘의 파쇄물을 충전하는 폴리실리콘 패키지의 제조 방법.
