Claims (9)
- 내용물이 유입되는 내부공간을 구비하는 하우징;
상기 내부공간에서 승하강 하고 상기 내부공간과 연통될 수 있는 유입홀을 구비하는 가이드;
상기 하우징의 내주면과 상기 가이드의 외주면에 각각 접하면서 상기 가이드의 승하강에 따라서 이동하면서 상기 유입홀을 폐쇄할 수 있는 피스톤;
상기 가이드의 상부에 결합되어 연통되고, 상기 하우징의 외부로 돌출되는 밸브;
상기 하우징의 상부에 결합되는 숄더; 및
일단이 상기 숄더와 접하고 타단이 상기 밸브와 접해서 상기 밸브를 상향 가압하는 탄성력을 제공하는 탄성부재를 포함하고,
상기 탄성부재는 센터부와, 상기 센터부의 양단부에 각각 형성되고 탄성 변형이 가능한 변형부를 포함해서 일체로 형성되는 액체 분사 펌프. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 센터부는 변형되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 분사 펌프. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄성부재와 상기 숄더는 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 분사 펌프. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하우징, 가이드, 피스톤, 밸브, 숄더 및 탄성부재는 동일한 재질에 의해서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 분사 펌프. - 제4항에 있어서,
액체 분사 펌프는 폴리프로필렌(PP)에 의해서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 분사 펌프. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 숄더는 숄더플랜지를 구비하고, 상기 숄더플랜지에는 숄더돌기가 형성되어 있으며,
상기 탄성부재는 상기 숄더플랜지에 위치하는 안착링을 구비하고, 상기 안착링에는 상기 숄더돌기가 삽입되는 삽입홈이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 분사 펌프. - 삭제
