Abstract
본 발명의 저방사 강재는, 중량%로, C;0.05~0.2%, Cr:7~10%, W:1~3%, V:0.05~0.3%, Ti:0.01~0.15%, Mn:0.1~1%, Si:0.5% 이하, Al:0.1% 이하, P:0.02%이하, S:0.01% 이하, 잔여 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고 Ta은 포함하지 아니하며, 그 기지 조직이 템퍼드 마르텐사이트 조직으로 되어 있으며, 그리고 상기 마르텐사이트 조직 내에는 나노사이즈의 미세한 (Ti,W)C 탄화물과 미세한 M23C6 탄화물이 석출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.

도 3은 본 실시예에서의 발명강(Ti-RAFM)과 비교강(Eurofer97)의 인장특성을 보여주는 그림이다.
도 4는 본 실시예에서의 발명강(Ti-RAFM)과 비교강(Eurofer97)의 샤르피 충격특성을 보여주는 그림이다.
도 5는 본 실시예에서의 발명강과 비교강의 고온 인장 강도(TS)와 항복강도(YS) 특성을 보여주는 그림이다.
도 6은 본 실시예에서의 발명강이 비교강에 비하여 인성을 해침이 없이 강도 특성이 개선됨을 보이고 있는 그림이다.

- 중량%로, C;0.05~0.2%, Cr:7~10%, W:1~3%, V:0.05~0.3%, Ti:0.01~0.15%, Mn:0.1~1%, Si:0.5% 이하, Al:0.1% 이하, P:0.02%이하, S:0.01% 이하, 잔여 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고 Ta은 포함하지 아니하며,
그 기지 조직이 템퍼드 마르텐사이트 조직으로 되어 있으며, 그리고 상기 마르텐사이트 조직 내에는 나노사이즈의 미세한 (Ti,W)C 탄화물과 미세한 M23C6 탄화물이 석출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 강도와 인성이 우수한 Ti 함유 저방사 강재.

- 중량%로, C;0.05~0.2%, Cr:7~10%, W:1~3%, V:0.05~0.3%, Ti:0.01~0.15%, Mn:0.1~1%, Si:0.5% 이하, Al:0.1% 이하, P:0.02%이하, S:0.01% 이하, 잔여 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고 Ta은 포함하지 아니하는 강재를 용해한 후, 주조하는 공정;
상기 주조된 강재를 소정의 두께로 열간압연하는 공정;
상기 열간압연된 강재를 900~1100℃의 온도범위에서 20분~2시간 동안 노말라이징한 후, 상온으로 급냉함으로써 그 미세조직을 마르텐사이트 조직으로 하는 공정; 및
상기 조직을 갖는 강재를 500~750℃의 온도범위로 가열한 후, 1~3시간 동안 템퍼링함으로써 마르텐사이트 조직 내에 나노사이즈의 미세한 (Ti,W)C 탄화물과 미세한 M23C6 탄화물이 석출시키는 공정;을 포함하는 강도와 인성이 우수한 Ti 함유 저방사 강재의 제조방법.
