Claims (6)
- 브레이크 액압 회로의 액압을 제어하는 브레이크 액압 제어 장치(70)로서,
상기 브레이크 액압 회로의 일부를 구성하는 내부 유로(11d)를 갖고, 상기 내부 유로(11d)의 한쪽 끝이 외면으로 개구된 하우징(30)과,
상기 하우징(30)의 상기 내부 유로(11d)의 한쪽 끝이 개구되는 위치에 부착된 어큐뮬레이터 유닛(9)을 구비하고,
상기 하우징(30)은 상기 내부 유로(11d)의 한쪽 끝이 개구되는 위치에 오목부(30e)를 갖고,
상기 어큐뮬레이터 유닛(9)은 상기 오목부(30e)에 고정되고,
상기 어큐뮬레이터 유닛(9)은
축선 방향의 한쪽 끝측의 면에서 상기 내부 유로(11d)를 통해서 유입되는 브레이크액을 받는 피스톤(55)과,
상기 피스톤(55)을 상기 한쪽 끝측을 향해서 가압하는 가압 부재(57)와,
상기 피스톤(55)을 상기 축선 방향으로 왕복 이동 가능하게 유지하는 슬리브 부재(53)와,
상기 한쪽 끝측이 상기 하우징(30)에 고정되는 동시에 다른쪽 끝측에 상기 슬리브 부재(53)가 고정되는 베이스부(51)를 갖고,
상기 베이스부(51)는 상기 하우징(30)의 상기 오목부(30e)에 끼워 맞춤되는 끼워 맞춤부(51b)를 갖고,
상기 베이스부(51)의 상기 끼워 맞춤부(51b)측의 끝면과 상기 하우징(30)의 상기 오목부(30e)의 바닥면과의 사이에 형성된 공간을 포함하는 용량부(60)가 형성되는, 브레이크 액압 제어 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 슬리브 부재(53)의 적어도 일부가 상기 어큐뮬레이터 유닛(9)이 부착되는 상기 하우징(30)의 외면의 위치보다도 외측에 배치되는 브레이크 액압 제어 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 브레이크 액압 제어 장치(70)는 상기 하우징(30)의 하나의 외면(30a)에 고정된 모터(7)를 구비하고,
상기 어큐뮬레이터 유닛(9)은 상기 모터(7)가 고정된 상기 하나의 외면(30a)에 부착되는 브레이크 액압 제어 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 브레이크 액압 제어 장치(70)는 상기 하우징(30)의 하나의 외면(30d)에 면해서 배치된 제어 유닛(40)을 구비하고,
상기 어큐뮬레이터 유닛(9)은 상기 제어 유닛(40)이 배치된 상기 하나의 외면(30d)에 설치되어 상기 제어 유닛(40)의 내부에 배치되는 브레이크 액압 제어 장치. - 삭제
