Claims (15)
- 기재;
상기 기재의 제1 면 상에 배치되며, 상기 기재와 접하는 면의 반대면에 형성된 제1 패드를 포함하는 제1 터치센서 전극층; 및
상기 기재의 제2 면 상에 배치되며, 상기 기재와 접하는 면의 적어도 일부가 상기 기재의 외부로 노출되고, 상기 기재와 접하는 면의 외부로 노출된 부분에 형성된 제2 패드를 포함하는 제2 터치센서 전극층을 포함하며,
상기 제1 패드와 상기 제2 패드는 단차를 형성하면서 적층 방향으로 중첩되지 않고 동일 방향으로 개방되게 배치되며,
상기 제1 터치센서 전극층과 상기 제2 터치센서 전극층은 상기 제1 패드와 상기 제2 패드의 개방 방향과 동일 방향을 향하도록 배치되어 형성되는, 터치센서. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 패드는
상기 제2 터치센서 전극층의 상기 외부 노출 부분에 인접하여 배치되는, 터치센서. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 패드와 제2 패드는
상기 기재의 길이 방향으로 중첩되지 않는, 터치센서. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 패드와 제2 패드는
상기 기재의 길이 방향으로 중첩되는, 터치센서. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기재는
편광판인. 터치센서. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 터치센서 전극층은
투명 전도성 물질로 이루어진, 터치센서. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 패드와 전기적으로 연결되는 유연성 인쇄회로기판(Flexible Printed Circuit Board, FPCB)를 더 포함하는, 터치센서. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 터치센서; 및
상기 제2 터치센서 전극층의 상기 기재와 접하는 면의 반대면에 배치되는 표시층을 포함하는, 표시장치. - 제8항에 있어서, 상기 표시층은
OLED층 또는 LCD층인, 표시장치. - 삭제
- 기재의 제1 면에 제1 패드를 포함하는 제1 터치센서 전극층을 형성하는 단계;
보호필름 상에 제2 패드를 포함하는 제2 터치센서 전극층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 제1 터치센서 전극층과 상기 제2 터치센서 전극층이 동일 방향을 향하도록 배치하여 상기 제2 패드가 상기 제1 패드와 동일한 방향에서 상기 기재의 외부로 노출되도록 상기 제2 터치센서 전극층을 상기 기재의 제2 면에 배치하는 단계;
상기 보호필름을 제거하는 단계;
상기 제2 터치센서 전극층의 상기 보호필름이 제거된 면 상에 표시층을 부착하는 단계; 및
단차를 형성하면서 적층 방향으로 중첩되지 않고 동일 방향으로 개방되게 배치되는 상기 제1 및 제2 패드에 FPCB를 동시에 본딩하는 단계를 포함하는, 표시장치의 제조방법. - 기재의 제1 면에 제1 패드를 포함하는 제1 터치센서 전극층을 형성하는 단계;
보호필름 상에 제2 패드를 포함하는 제2 터치센서 전극층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 제1 터치센서 전극층과 상기 제2 터치센서 전극층이 동일 방향을 향하도록 배치하여 상기 제2 패드가 상기 제1 패드와 동일한 방향에서 상기 기재의 외부로 노출되도록 상기 제2 터치센서 전극층을 상기 기재의 제2 면에 배치하는 단계;
단차를 형성하면서 적층 방향으로 중첩되지 않고 동일 방향으로 개방되게 배치되는 상기 제1 및 제2 패드에 FPCB를 동시에 본딩하는 단계;
상기 보호필름을 제거하는 단계; 및
상기 제2 터치센서 전극층의 상기 보호필름이 제거된 면 상에 표시층을 부착하는 단계를 포함하는, 표시장치의 제조방법. - 기재의 제1 면에 제1 패드를 포함하는 제1 터치센서 전극층을 형성하는 단계;
표시층 상에 제2 패드를 포함하는 제2 터치센서 전극층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 제1 터치센서 전극층과 상기 제2 터치센서 전극층이 동일 방향을 향하도록 배치하여 상기 제2 패드가 상기 제1 패드와 동일한 방향에서 상기 기재의 외부로 노출되도록 상기 제2 터치센서 전극층을 상기 기재의 제2 면에 배치하는 단계; 및
단차를 형성하면서 적층 방향으로 중첩되지 않고 동일 방향으로 개방되게 배치되는 상기 제1 및 제2 패드에 FPCB를 동시에 본딩하는 단계를 포함하는, 표시장치의 제조방법. - 제11항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 패드에 FPCB를 동시에 본딩하는 단계는
상기 제1 및 제2 패드의 위치에 각각 대응되는 치수를 갖는 제1 및 제2 단부; 및 상기 제1 및 제2 단부를 연결하는 몸체부를 포함하는 본딩 팁을 사용하여 수행되는, 표시장치의 제조방법. - 제11항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기재는
편광판인, 표시장치의 제조방법.
