도 2는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 스팽글 크기를 제어하는 용융아연도금 강판의 제조방법을 수행하는 용융아연도금 강판의 제조장치를 도시하는 개략도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 도 2의 용융아연도금 강판의 제조장치에서, 분사부를 도시하는 개략도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 용융아연도금 강판의 제조 방법을 이용하여 형성한 용융아연도금 강판의 표면에 형성된 스팽글을 나타내는 사진이다.
Claims (7)
- 냉연강판을 제조하는 단계;
상기 냉연강판을 750℃ ~ 850℃에서 소둔 열처리하는 단계;
상기 소둔 열처리된 냉연강판을 용융아연도금하는 단계; 및
상기 용융아연도금된 냉연강판을 냉각하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 소둔 열처리 단계는, 상기 냉연강판의 표면에 스팽글의 핵생성 위치를 제공하도록, 로내 노점을 -10℃ 내지 -30℃ 범위로 제어하고,
상기 냉연강판은 실리콘(Si), 망간(Mn), 알루미늄(Al), 및 크롬(Cr) 중 적어도 어느 하나의 산화성 물질을 포함하고,
상기 산화성 물질이 상기 냉연강판의 표면에 산화물을 형성하여, 상기 스팽글의 핵생성 위치로서 제공되고,
상기 냉연강판에 직접적으로 물을 분사하여 상기 로내 노점을 제어하여, 상기 스팽글은 100 μm 내지 500 μm 범위의 평균 크기를 가지는,

용융아연도금 강판의 제조 방법. - 냉연강판을 150 ~ 200℃로 예열하는 예열대;
상기 냉연강판을 750℃ ~ 850℃로 가열하는 가열대;
상기 냉연강판을 750℃ ~ 850℃에서 균일하게 가열하는 균열대;
상기 냉연강판을 3 ~ 15℃/s의 냉각 속도로 650 ~ 670℃로 서냉하는 서냉대; 및
상기 냉연강판을 10 ~ 35℃/s의 냉각 속도로 300 ~ 450℃로 급냉하는 급냉대를 포함하고,
상기 가열대는, 상기 냉연강판의 표면에 스팽글의 핵생성 위치를 제공하도록, 로내 노점을 -10℃ 내지 -30℃ 범위로 제어하기 위하여 물을 분사하는 분사부가 설치되고,
상기 냉연강판은 실리콘(Si), 망간(Mn), 알루미늄(Al), 및 크롬(Cr) 중 적어도 어느 하나의 산화성 물질을 포함하고,
