Abstract
이렇게 제조되는 리사이클 폴리에스테르/면 난연 복합사는 우수한 난연 기능성을 가지면서도 통기성, 흡수성이 우수한 친환경 기능성 난연 복합사로서, 고가의 내열성 섬유를 이용한 단순 복합 방식에서 벗어나 난연 기능성이 있는 Recycle 폴리에스테르사(POY)와 면 40수('s)의 복합사를 이용한 소재 개발을 통하여 높은 가격경쟁력을 가지고 친환경성, 난연 기능성 제품의 복합사를 이용한 다양한 개발이 가능하게 된다.

도 2는 본 발명에 따른 리사이클 폴리에스테르/면 난연 복합사의 제조를 위한 제조공정 순서도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 리사이클 폴리에스테르/면 난연 복합사의 단면 구조이다.

Claims (9)
- 면 40수(‘s)를 심사로, 리사이클 폴리에스테르계수지 70~90중량%와 인계 난연제를 포함하는 난연성 폴리에스테르계수지 10~30중량%로 이루어지고, "O"형 방사구금(spinneret)을 통하여 방사온도 270~275℃, 급냉온도(Quenching Temp) 20~25℃, 권취속도 3,000~3,3000m/min의 조건으로 제조되는 부분배향사(POY: Partially Oriented Yarn)인 난연성 리사이클 폴리에스테르사를 효과사로 준비하는 원사준비단계;
상기 심사는 Nip Roller를 경유하여 GR2에 공급되고, 상기 효과사는 Nip Roller를 경유하여 GR1에 공급되어 열처리된 후 GR2에 공급되는 원사공급단계;
심사와 열처리된 효과사를 에어노즐에서 공기교락을 형성하는 공기교락단계; 및
공기교락된 복합사를 권취하는 권취단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하며,
상기 리사이클 폴리에스테르계수지는 IV가 0.70 ~ 0.75 dl/g, 용융온도가 256 ~ 259℃이고,
상기 리사이클 폴리에스테르계수지는 드라이어에서 80~130℃까지 승온시키면서 6~7시간 동안 결정화건조를 거치고, 120~130℃에서 30분간 제습건조를 수행하여 최종 수분율이 100ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 리사이클 폴리에스테르/면 난연 복합사의 제조방법. - 삭제

상기 효과사인 난연성 리사이클 폴리에스테르사는 인계 난연제가 1~3중량%가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리사이클 폴리에스테르/면 난연 복합사의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 원사공급단계에서 효과사의 GR1에서 열처리는 120~130℃에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리사이클 폴리에스테르/면 난연 복합사의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 공기교락단계에서 에어노즐의 에어압력은 1.2~3.5kg/cm2이고, 권취단계의 사속은 400~800m/min인 것을 특징으로 하는 리사이클 폴리에스테르/면 난연 복합사의 제조방법. - 삭제
- 삭제
- 제1항 및 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조되고,
최종섬도는 200~210 De'이고, 강도는 1.5~2.5g/De', 신도는 5.0~10.0%인 것을 특징으로 하는 리사이클 폴리에스테르/면 난연 복합사. - 제8항에 따른 원사를 포함하여 제직 또는 편직되는 리사이클 폴리에스테르/면 난연 복합사 원단.
