Abstract
제안된 발명이 해결하고자 하는 하나의 과제는 전기 자동차 전장 부품에 안정적인 전압을 공급하면서도 배터리 충전, 전원 공급 장치의 자체 스위칭 등에 따른 EMI(Electro-Magnetic Interference)노이즈를 저감 시키는 것이다.

Claims (15)
- 일단이 배터리의 +단에 연결되고, 타단이 전기 자동차 충전설비(Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment, EVSE)의 그라운드인 Potential Earth(PE) 그라운드와 연결되는 제1 커패시터와, 일단이 상기 제1 커패시터의 타단에 연결되고, 타단이 전기 자동차의 샤시에 그라운드되는 샤시 그라운드와 연결되는 제2 커패시터를 포함하는 CM(Common Mode 필터부; 및
인덕터와 제3 커패시터를 포함하되 상기 제3 커패시터의 일단은 상기 PE그라운드와 연결되는 DM(Differential Mode) 필터부;
를 포함하고,
상기 CM 필터부는 컨버터를 경유하여 상기 DM 필터와 연결되는 전원 공급 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 커패시터는 제 1 X 커패시터 및 제 2 X 커패시터를 포함하고,
상기 제2 커패시터는
일단이 제 1 X 커패시터의 타단에 연결되고, 타단이 샤시 그라운드와 연결되는 제 1 Y 커패시터 및

제 1 X 커패시터 및 제 2 X 커패시터 사이에 위치한 CM코어; 및
일단이 제 1 Y 커패시터 타단에 연결되고, 타단이 샤시 그라운드와 연결되는 RC필터;를 더 포함하는 전원 공급 장치
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 CM 필터부는
일단이 배터리의 +단에 연결되고, 타단이 PE그라운드와 연결되는 DC 블락 커패시터;를 더 포함하는 전원 공급 장치
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 인덕터는 상기 컨버터의 출력단에 연결되고, 상기 제3 캐패시터의 타단은 상기 인덕터에 연결되는 전원 공급장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 X 커패시터는 컨버터와 1 내지 5mm 이격된 전원 공급 장치
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전원 공급 장치는 DM 필터와 연결되는 제 2 컨버터를 더 포함하고 상기 제 2 컨버터 출력단의 +라인은 샤시 그라운드와 상기 PE 그라운드 중 적어도 하나와 0.3mm이상 이격 된 전원 공급 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
전원이 공급되는 전원 라인이 형성된 제 2 층;
상기 PE 그라운드 및 상기 샤시 그라운드를 포함하는 그라운드층;
상기 PE 그라운드와 상기 제 2 층을 연결하는 제 1 관통전극;
상기 샤시 그라운드와 상기 제 2 층을 연결하는 제 2 관통전극; 및
상기 샤시 그라운드와 샤시 케이스를 연결하는 샤시전극을 포함하되
상기 제 1 관통전극을 통해 상기 PE 그라운드와 연결된 상기 제 2 층의 어느 하나의 일부 영역과 제 2 관통전극을 통해 상기 샤시 그라운드와 연결된 상기 제 2 층의 다른 하나의 일부 영역은 전기적으로 절연되는 회로기판;을
더 포함하고,
상기 CM 필터부 및 상기 DM 필터부는 상기 제 2 층 상에 배치되는 전원 공급 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 그라운드층은
하나의 층인 전원 공급 장치
- 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 그라운드층은
상기 PE 그라운드를 포함하는 제 3 층 및 상기 샤시 그라운드를 포함하는 제 4 층을 포함하는 전원 공급 장치
- 전기 자동차의 배터리를 충전하는 충전 제어 장치에 있어서,
충전소와 연결되는 커넥터; 및
상기 충전 제어 장치에 동작 전원을 공급하는 전원 공급 회로;
상기 커넥터는,
전력 입력 포트;
컨트롤 파일럿 신호를 입력 받는 CP(control Pilot) 포트; 및
상기 충전소의 PE(Potential Earth) 그라운드와 연결되는 PE(Potential Earth) 포트를 포함하고,
상기 전원 공급 회로는,
전력 신호가 인가되는 전원입력단;
상기 전력신호의 공통모드(Common Mode) 노이즈를 제거하는 제1 필터;
및
상기 전력신호의 차동모드(Differential Mode) 노이즈를 제거하는 제 2필터를 포함하고,
상기 제1 필터는 전기 자동차의 샤시그라운드와 연결되고, 상기 제2 필터는 PE(Potential Earth) 그라운드와 연결되는 충전 제어 장치.
- 제 11항에 있어서,
상기 제1 필터에서 출력되는 전력신호의 전압을 변환하는 변환기를 더 포함하고, 상기 전압이 변환된 전력신호는 상기 제 2필터에 입력되는 충전 제어 장치
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 변환기는 상기 제1 필터와 연결되는 입력단자 및 상기 제2 필터와 연결되는 출력단자를 포함하고,
상기 출력단자에는 적어도 하나의 쵸크인덕터가 연결되고,
상기 쵸크 인덕터는 상기 PE 그라운드와 샤시 그라운드 중 적어도 하나와 0.3mm이상 이격되는 충전 제어 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 필터는,
일단이 상기 PE 그라운드와 연결되고, 타단이 상기 샤시 그라운드와 연결되는 제 2 커패시터를 포함하는 충전 제어 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 필터는,
일단이 상기 제 2 커패시터와 연결되고 타단이 상기 샤시 그라운드와 연결되는 RC 필터를 더 포함하는 충전 제어 장치.
