Claims (8)
- 텔레스코픽 방식으로 배열된 출력 샤프트(17)를 포함하는 토크 전달 전동 공구(10)로서,
모터,
하우징(11 내지 15),
상기 모터에 의해 구동되는 입력 샤프트(16),
입력 샤프트(16)에 대해 축방향으로 병진운동가능하고 입력 샤프트(16)에 회전가능하게 연결된 출력 샤프트(17)를 포함하고,
입력 샤프트(16)에 대해 출력 샤프트(17)의 축방향 위치를 모니터링하기 위하여 센서(20)가 배열되고, 출력 샤프트(17)는 완전히 압축된 위치(Pc)와 완전히 연장된 위치(PE) 사이에서 입력 샤프트(16)에 대해 텔레스코픽 방식으로 배열되고, 탄성 부재(21)는 출력 샤프트(17)의 연장부가 입력 샤프트(16)와 출력 샤프트(17) 사이에 작용하는 압축력을 연속적으로 반영하도록 완전히 연장된 위치(PE)를 향하여 출력 샤프트(17)를 가압하고, 샤프트들 사이의 연장부의 수준(level)을 기초로 입력 샤프트(16)와 출력 샤프트(17) 사이에 작용하는 축방향 압축력을 나타내기 위해 표시 유닛(19)이 제공되는 토크 전달 전동 공구(10). - 제1항에 있어서, 샤프트(16, 17)들 간의 연장부의 수준은 입력 샤프트(16)와 출력 샤프트(17) 사이에 작용하는 허용가능한 압축력에 대응하는 범위를 나타내는 스케일을 표시 유닛(19)이 포함하는 토크 전달 전동 공구(10).
- 제2항에 있어서, 토크 전달 전동 공구(10)는 제어 유닛을 포함하고, 센서(20)는 작동 중에 제어 유닛에 대해 입력 샤프트(16)와 출력 샤프트(17) 사이에 작용하는 모니터링된 축방향 압축력을 연속적으로 전달하도록 배열되고, 제어 유닛은 입력 샤프트(16)와 출력 샤프트(17) 사이에 작용하는 축방향 압축력을 나타내도록 표시 유닛(19)에 신호를 전달하는 토크 전달 전동 공구(10).
- 제3항에 있어서, 제어 유닛은 축방향 력이 미리정해진 상한 임계값을 초과하거나 또는 미리정해진 하한 임계값 미만인 경우 표시 유닛(19)을 통하여 공구의 조작자에 경보하도록 구성되는 토크 전달 전동 공구(10).
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 센서(20)는 입력 샤프트(16)와 출력 샤프트(17) 사이에 축방향 연장부를 나타내는 홀 센서, 유도 센서 또는 용량 센서인 토크 전달 전동 공구(10).
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전동 공구는 입력 샤프트(16)와 출력 샤프트(17) 사이에 작용하는 압축력이 소정 범위 내에 있을 때만 작동하도록 구성되는 토크 전달 전동 공구(10).
